The primary responsibility of the Creative Marketing Specialist is to develop and maintain the corporate website and reseller intranet and to author and design various marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in HTML, CSS, ASP, the Adobe Creative Suite of products (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash), Quark Express, and the Microsoft Office suite of products. Knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver and Premiere is a plus.

Work with Marketing and Events Manager on in-house premium items (swag) to execute branding element, production and ensure timely delivery.
Direction and execution of corporate identity collateral. (i.e. logos, invitations, communications, etc.) in conjunction with Marketing, Business Development and Design Team.

Hire and manage contract creative as needed -- designers, photographers, illustrators, writers, and editors.

Summary
The primary function of the Sign Shop Production Designer is to design various types of signs and apply graphics to various types of substrates. Must meet deadlines and manage multiple projects to meet production due dates. The Sign Shop Production Designer reports directly to the Shop Foreman.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Follow and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
* Ability to design standard road signs to specs and custom signs. Quality control is critical.
o Computer skills for operating graphics software.
o Artistic skills for designing specialty graphics as required.
* Apply graphics (vinyl. EC film) to various substrates (aluminum, plywood, plastic, banners).
* Safely and efficiently operate plotters, printers, roll applicators as well as perform basic maintenance on equipment.
* Ability to prioritize orders to keep an efficient work flow in all areas of sign shop.
* Accurate completion of required daily production reports. Time, BOM, quantities, to ensure accurate costs.
