6.Develop corporate mappings to determine the key decision makers and planners within each division, subsidiary or such other entity of the corporate account.
7.Interface with Director of Sales, Director of Marketing and other Sales Managers in the formulation, administration and implementation of the Resort's marketing and operational policies so as to maximize utilization of the Resort by corporate America.
8.Follow proper channels when seeking authorization for special rates, concessions, discounts, etc. to be extended to a corporate client to insure the fiscal and operational soundness of contract negotiations and formation.
9.Maintain open communication with the Conference Planning and Reservation Departments in an effort to better serve corporate America as well as maintain a consistency in the Resort's management policy and service philosophy.
10.Maintain a sales level necessary to reach monthly, quarterly and year-end individual goals.
11. Update the GRC continually to reflect an accurate listing of all booked and potential future meetings, conferences and seminars, including their respective dollar value so as to enable management to accurately evaluate individual and department performance levels.
12.Adhere to the policies of the Resort as set forth in the Employee Handbook and report any observed violations to Human Resources.

Description:
Support the daily operations of the International Sales and Marketing department through communications, reporting, contracting, maintaining relationships, coordinating collateral needs, handling familiarization visits and trade show preparation needs, and coordinating in market relationships.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Manage departmental budget and expenses in conjunction with the Senior Manager.
Administer international tour operator/wholesale contracts for lodging and lift tickets, including issuance of said contracts and subsequent addendums.
Responsible for managing contents of International Sales & marketing websites using the Content Management Tool (CMT).
Arrange and assist with familiarization visits including itineraries, welcome packages, site tours, complimentary lodging, lift tickets, transportation, ski school, meals and activities.
Run and disseminate weekly room night reports and skier visit reports along with compiling year end Tour Operator/Wholesale lift and lodging statistics.
Resolve issues and communicate as needed with lift ticket offices, ski school, accounting, property wholesale contacts and other internal entities.
Coordinate billing and participation of the International Lodging Alliance program.
Coordinate and distribute all photography, logo and general collateral requests.
 
Other Responsibilities:
 
Arrange and assist with coordination of the International Sales & Marketing Manager's in-market events.
Management and production of Mountain Money (Lift Tickets).
Arrange and assist with the production of the annual International rate Book.
Priority update communication with International Tour Operators/Wholesalers.
Coordinate collateral ordering, inventory and delivery including production of media CD's.
Data Entry and maintenance of Sales Force and other databases.
Coordinate prizewinner visits including lodging, equipment rental, lift ticket, ground transportation, etc.
Compile property & resort descriptions and other informational pieces.
Managing Sales & Marketing Manager's travel calendar.
Managing departmental office supplies.
Arrange and assist with annual international sales & marketing conference.

Sponsorship & Event Coordinator is primarily responsible for the development of corporate marketing partnerships, leveraging our marketing inventory, implementing and activating sponsorships for our partners, and ongoing client relations. This position is responsible for generating new sponsorship sales for the events owned by Larimer Associates. This involves lead generation by cold calling, networking and prospecting. Sponsorships should be thoughtful, creative and goal-oriented for clients and/or prospects, and may include television, radio, and web site advertising; print media; internet; and promotions.

Work includes:
Coordinating all corporate partner presentations and all related responsibilities;

Generating and maintaining annual revenue base; increase current sponsor cash commitments where applicable;

Work with the entire department to ensure clients' sponsorship elements are implemented and value delivered;

Creating, developing and selling new sources of inventory;

Becoming familiar with local and national trends and emerging markets, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.  Innovative thinking is required.

Provide weekly call report with progress/status;

Foster new media relationships and partnerships as a means to leverage sponsorship dollars;

Development of new events and special projects as needed;

Fulfilling additional duties as assigned.

Four (4) year college degree. Preferably in marketing or business.

Demonstrated familiarity with the integration of sponsorships and meeting sponsors' business objectives through a proprietary association with a sports team or event;

A minimum of 3 years sales experience in corporate sponsorships or media sales;

Understanding of the sales process from lead generation to close;

Strong existing client relationships and media sales experience are a plus;

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills;
