POSITION: Vice President of Administrative Services
ASSIGNMENT: Administrative, Full Time
Position Description:
The Vice President for Administrative Services (VPAS) is a senior-level administrator reporting directly to the President. The VPAS provides overall leadership, college management, and planning in the following operations: Human Resources; Campus Police and Safety; Facilities, Maintenance and Construction; Child Development Center; Fitness Center; and Production & Mail Services. The employee headcount for these operational areas is approximately 105. In this administrative capacity, the VPAS directly supervises the Human Resources Director, Chief of Police, Facilities Director, Facilities Rental Manager, Site Management Program Assistant, Child Development Center Director, Fitness Center Director, and Production & Mail Services Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Education Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
* Minimum seven (7) years of directly related professional experience with five (5) years in a supervisory and senior leadership role.
* Working knowledge of compliance regulations and budget management.
* Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate professionals as a cohesive team.
* Ability to prioritize, use good judgment and make difficult decisions while maintaining confidentiality and within budget parameters.
* Ability to interact with all levels of employees and students.
* Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to facilitate networking, communication and leadership among academic and non-academic personnel.

The Admissions - Assistant Director is responsible for managing time and inquiry resources to generate interest in our programs. POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of accurate, internal and external district communications. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Gathering stakeholder support for enhanced student learning and achievement; maintaining various social media sites and publications; representing the district at community meetings and when responding to incidents; assisting with items related to grants including, research, application completion, or writing; serving as spokesperson when needed; and developing and promoting community relations among stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize desktop publishing skills, graphic design and software to create, produce and maintain clear, coherent and consistent, electronic and occasionally paper publications. Apply graphic design and pre-press knowledge to guarantee striking and cost-effective publications.
Research, design and produce publications including, but not limited to presentations, brochures/pamphlets, bi-monthly electronic newsletter, shareholder report, handbooks, district website, calendars, and social media sites. Ensure equality of design and print across all forms of publications. Use strategic communication plans to create communication tools appropriate for all audiences.
Provide guidance to leadership on district-wide initiatives, and internal and external communication. Attend meetings and events; District Advisory Committee, Board of Education, community and school based.
Provide leadership in crisis incident response communication. Develop distribute related communication materials and/or resources. Serve as the district spokesperson as needed.
Work with stakeholders to gather and publish energetic, accurate, timely information to persistently promote the district mission.
Provide appropriate responses to requests from stakeholders of information regarding the district.
Provide communications, public relations and marketing expertise to district leadership.
Work with local businesses and clubs to increase visibility, enhance district reputation and gather support for district initiatives.
Develop communication strategies regarding district matters.
Work in collaboration with district Publications Specialist and external publishers/printers when applicable.
Assist departments with grant writing.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Physician Assistant Program Faculty (220 day contract)

Participate as a “team instructor” for a variety of medical courses needed within the Physician Assistant Program. Teach using traditional and alternative methods of instruction (computer aided instruction, interdisciplinary approaches, self-paced, on-line, etc.). Maintain appropriate teaching load. Act as facilitator in small group instruction. Coordinate with other faculty in curriculum planning, development, delivery, and review. Recruit, advise, and retain students. Hold regular office hours. Participate in program governance and assume program duties as needed. Assist the Clinical Coordinator and Medical Director in working with Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) to promote the continual development of clinical training sites and clinical preceptors (especially those in medically underserved areas). Assist Clinical Coordinator in maintaining contact with clinical affiliates and preceptors to ensure achievement of Program educational objectives. Make clinical training site visits to monitor progress and assess the quality of training. Evaluate student didactic and clinical performance in accordance with established objectives and performance standards. Supervise and instruct students in didactic and clinical settings. Assist with the recruitment of adjunct didactic and clinical faculty and promote rapport with local physicians, PAs, and other health care providers. Participate in program, divisional, and college-wide professional development activities and committees. Demonstrate sensitivity to different learning styles. Serve as a liaison between Red Rocks Community College and the community. Fulfill the direct teaching, indirect teaching, professional development, and service obligations of full time faculty.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PA program. Currently certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Inc. (NCCPA). Relevant Master’s Degree. Have at least three (3) years of clinical experience and able to obtain a State of Colorado Vocational Credential. Teaching experience. Experience working with diverse populations. Preferred Qualifications: Have at least two (2) years of academic experience of health-related teaching. Teaching experience that demonstrates knowledge of a variety of teaching strategies. Physical/Outdoor Education Faculty

Responsibilities:
Teach Outdoor Education and Park Ranger Technology courses for day, evening and weekend classes. Teach using traditional and alternative methods of instruction (computer-aided instruction, interdisciplinary approaches, self-paced, on-line, field trips, etc.) Maintain full-time teaching load. Coordinate with other faculty in curriculum planning, development, delivery and review. Recruit, advise, and retain students. Hold regular office hours. Participate in departmental governance and assume department duties as needed. Assist department chair in recommending qualified part time instructors. Participate in department, divisional and college-wide professional development activities and committees. Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse student populations. Serve as a liaison between Red Rocks Community College and the community. Fulfill the direct teaching, indirect teaching, professional development and service obligations of full-time faculty.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two years paid full-time equivalent experience in Physical and Outdoors education, or a related field within the last seven years (or one year paid full-time equivalent experience if holding a Master’s degree). Experience with managing outdoor education field trips. Current Wilderness First Responder Certification and Adult CPR Certification. Knowledge of local Colorado resources, and experience managing local, state, and federal Special Use Permits. A strong commitment to effective teaching and to the learner-centered philosophy. Experience working with diverse populations. Knowledge of, interest in and ability to use technology-assisted delivery. Ability to obtain the appropriate Career and Technical Education (CTE) credential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Physical Fitness and or Outdoor Education or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in outdoor education or in park ranger technology. Experience teaching in alternative formats/non-traditional programs. One year of successful full-time teaching experience or equivalent. Experience integrating technology into classroom and field settings. Involvement with professional organizations such as the AORE, NIRSA, AMGA, ACA, AEE, WEA, and instructor training courses or certifications related to the following areas: rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, map and compass, mountaineering, ice climbing, skiing, snowboarding, winter/summer back country travel, mountain biking, outdoor leadership and group development, avalanche safety. Experience managing paid staff, budget and finance experience. Ability to repair, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing equipment. Risk Management training or experience creating risk management plans for business or institution.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree from a fully accredited institution in Geography. 30 credit hours of post-secondary experience teaching Physical Geography, World or Regional Geography and/or Human/Cultural Geography. Demonstrated knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and experience using or teaching GIS. Community college teaching experience. Teaching experience using non-traditional learning environments such as online, hybrids, learning communities, weekend or other intensive formats, as well as, traditional face-to-face. Experience integrating technology into the classroom.

Responsibilities
This position teaches a full range of Electrical courses for day, evening, and weekend classes using traditional and alternative methods of instruction. Maintains full-time teaching load. Coordinates with other faculty in curriculum planning, development, delivery and review. Recruits, advises and works to retain students. Holds regular office hours. Participates in departmental governance and assumes department duties as needed. Managerial duties include scheduling staff, reordering supplies and maintaining standards and assisting adjunct faculty. Assists in recommending, assessing and mentoring qualified part-time instructors. Participates in department, divisional and college-wide professional development activities and committees. Demonstrates sensitivity to different learning styles. Serves as a liaison between Red Rocks Community College and the electrical industry. Fulfills the direct teaching, indirect teaching, professional development and service obligations of full-time faculty. Collaborates with multiple groups such as advisory committees and industry to enhance student opportunities and maintains trade/industry relationships.
Minimum Qualifications: Five years experience as a licensed Colorado Journeyman Electrician. Maintain trade/industry relationships. Have one year full-time (or equivalent part-time) teaching experience. Ability to obtain a full-time vocational credential in Electrical (requires two years paid full-time equivalent electrical experience). A strong commitment to effective teaching and to the learner-centered philosophy. Experience working with diverse populations. Demonstrated experience with controls, motors, maintenance, repair, remodeling, and new construction in residential, commercial and industrial electrical installation. Knowledge of, interest in, and ability to use technology-assisted and hands-on delivery.
Preferred Qualifications: Electrical Master’s License. Electrical or other related professional credential. Experience teaching in alternative formats/non-traditional programs. More than one year of teaching experience. Community college teaching experience. Experience integrating technology into the classroom setting. Additional experience above the five (5) years listed as minimum. Ability to interpret and teach the current National Electrical Code.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Environmental Sciences; the ability to obtain the appropriate Career and Technical Education (CTE) credential; and verification of 4000 paid hours of experience in the industry. Previous laboratory experience in operating and managing a science laboratory setting and or laboratory management and testing within the water management and or waste water treatment industries. Teaching experience that demonstrates knowledge of a variety of innovative teaching strategies such as collaborative learning, team teaching, and teaching compressed courses. Experience advising student clubs and organizations. Demonstrated proficiency in computing programs specific to MS Office Professional.

Responsibilities
Red Rocks Community College Computer Technology Department is seeking a full-time faculty to teach a variety of college-level computer information technology courses including but not limited to programming, web development, networking, cyber security, database development and administration. This position reports directly to a Dean of Instruction. The successful candidate should be able to work with students from a wide range of academic preparedness, and collaborate with other faculty in professional activities. The normal teaching load is 15 contact hours per semester. Candidates must exhibit an effective teaching style that supports a diverse student body. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to education and a willingness to stay current on new technology such as virtualization, mobile development, cyber security, Office 365 and cloud computing. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to use both Mac and PCs to teach a wide range of computer information courses.
The instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering instruction for 21st century learners and assessing student learning outcomes as appropriate to ensure academic quality. The candidate will be an engaged learning facilitator/instructor who will utilize a range of teaching and learning strategies to foster active learning and student success, which contributes to the fulfillment of the College's strategic goals. Successful candidates are expected to participate in activities or on committees that contribute to the success of students. Some activities include: maintaining a required office schedule, participating in professional development activities, performing course-related and departmental assignments, assisting in curriculum development, advising students, actively supporting course and program assessment, and contributing to departmental, campus and college efforts to ensure student success.

Minimum Qualifications: The ability to teach one or more of the following:

• Scripting (UNIX Shell, MS PowerShell, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, PHP, XML)

• Web Development (Dreamweaver, Word Press, Drupel, Joomla)
• The ability to obtain a full-time vocational credential in Information Technology (http://www.coloradostateplan.com/cred_postsecondary_forms.htm).
• A strong commitment to effective teaching and to the learner-centered philosophy.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of, interest in and ability to use technology-assisted and online delivery.
• Associates degree in Computer Information Systems, or a closely related major from a fully accredited college.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Computer Networking , Cyber Security, or a closely related major from a fully accredited college or university.
Ability to teach cross platform using several operating systems and/or virtual machines. Current industry and vendor certifications (Cisco, Comptia, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe) Willingness to obtain and maintain industry and vendor certifications. Willingness to teach courses with online components and those with comprehensive online delivery. One year of teaching experience.

Responsibilities: Enlist the support and active participation of practicing clinicians and health care institutions in the clinical education of Radiology students. Assist with the organization, structure, and scheduling of the clinical curriculum, practicums, and rotations in accordance with established educational standards and practices. Proficiency in areas of curriculum design, program administration/evaluation, instruction and counseling. Credentialed or ability to obtain a full time CTE credential. Description: The Grants and Communications Manager is a key player in STRIVE Prep's development team and will work in cooperation with the development, finance, operations, human capital, and enrollment teams to meet critical development and communications goals of the growing STRIVE Prep network.
Grants and Federal Program Primary Responsibilities:
Manage grants calendar
Write applications and reports for private/foundation, federal, state, and district funds
Review and update current grant eligibility and expectations
Research new funding prospects
Align written content to internal development and communications strategies
Manage compliance of grants in accordance with guidelines
Research public funding opportunities, including Mil Levy, Bond programs, state sources and federal sources
Work with CFO and Business Manager to identify funding sources for all expenses
Prepare detailed monthly spending reports for all federal grants and submit claims for grant reimbursements due
Track grant budgets to ensure appropriate and timely drawdown of funds
Grants and Federal Program Primary Performance Indicators May Include:

Reports are accurate and organized to provide substantial detail for district audit
Reimbursement reports are submitted monthly to secure funds due in a timely manner
Grant expenditures comply with approved grant budget and network budget
Communications Primary Responsibilities:
Develop a high quality annual report
Maintain a high quality website
Manage STRIVE Prep visual branding and branded products, including school banners, logos, letterhead, and giveaways
Support development of collateral and ongoing marketing for teacher recruitment and student enrollment, including brochures and videos
Track STRIVE Prep news on The Denver Post, EdNewsColorado, and social media outlets; increase earned media
Prepare press releases and quarterly newsletters for external audiences

Instructional Designer
Teletech
Instructional Designers are responsible for translating internal and external customer needs into training and resources that will achieve maximum transfer of benefit at delivery, with measurable impact to quality and customer satisfaction. They design and develop training programs/materials using instructional and distribution methods, such as e-Learning, instructor-led or blended, that best suit the content and audience. Instructional Designers are expected to understand the big picture of call center performance requirements and design training to meet those needs. They work closely with other Instructional Designers including Lead Instructional Designers (IDs), Project Managers (PMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Media, Quality Assurance (QA), as well as Training Team and Design and Delivery Managers. Instructional Designers need to understand adult learning theory and curriculum design, and be able to apply instructional design process into specific projects. They are accountable for completing deliverables /projects on time, therefore need to be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. Instructional Designers are expected to have a thorough working knowledge of TeleTech’s policies and procedures related to Learning Design and Development Department’s duties.
Key Performance Objectives
1. Achieve 100% completion of assigned projects/deliverables. Instructional Designers are responsible for designing and developing learning experiences, understanding the learning objectives and ensuring that the content matches those objectives. They perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of learning objectives and audience. Instructional Designers revise and structure content and activities to shape them for learning needs. They ensure that content remains complete and relevant. Collaborate with project team members to ensure an outstanding end product. Instructional Designers are expected being able to work on multiple projects at once; therefore, need to switch their focus essentially from one project to another, and be adaptable to change. (Creativity, achievement motivation, results orientation, efficiency, accountability, flexible, prioritization, multi-tasking)
2. Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each project and task. Become a Learning Design and Development process and system expert. Instructional Designers are expected to show initiative in learning new course content; they attempt to find answers and information on their own before involving SMEs. Gather requirements from SMEs and Project Managers; research training topics and conduct a task analysis based on the goal and measurement values of the request. Gather content, create a course outline and develop engaging, interactive courses utilizing instructional tools. Instructional Designers need to adapt quickly to any changes in the process. They maintain/update all training materials when new processes, products and /or technology are introduced. Understand the requirements for each project while strictly adhering to TeleTech’s policies. (Attention to detail and process, follow-through, technical knowledge, ability to learn, analysis, research, innovation)
3. Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with Learning Design and Development goals. These include: Revenue Generation through LDD Product and services 80% Customer Satisfaction of eLearning & ILT courses (measured through post event surveys) New Hire Performance
Instructional Designers should gather information, analyze data, observe the process and participate in efforts to constantly look for opportunities to improve current process and communicate their ideas to their managers regularly. They build processes and templates to minimize the development time for new curricula. Show initiative in learning and implementing new processes and tools. (Observation, innovation, creativity, collaboration, communication)
4. Deliver consistent high quality customer service. Respond to all customer (internal/external) requests within the established time frames. Maintain a positive, respectful and caring attitude when working with others. Communicate appropriately and professionally with all project participants: SMEs, other Instructional Designers and Lead Instructional Designers, PMs, QA, Media, etc. Be able to communicate/work with team members that are remote. Communicate issues, delays and proposed solutions to Management, Lead IDs and PMs. Reassure customers that issues will be resolved quickly and deliver with minimum long term impact. Take personal responsibility for solving and finding solutions. (Customer focus, friendly, helpful, accountability, diplomacy, communication)
5. Escalate department issues as appropriate. Clearly identify issues including the scope of the problem and relative urgency. Provide clear documentation of the issue to the appropriate team. Collaborate effectively with support teams, SMEs and others when needed; reach out to team members when appropriate. Answer questions and assist in isolating the root cause of problems. Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to support the Parking & Transportation (PTS) Communications Manager and the Director of PTS in order to successfully execute the mission of PTS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
* Internal communications: research and coordinate teambuilding events, schedule all-staff meetings and coordinate meeting content, maintain PTS recognition program, and participate on PTS Diversity Committee

Position Overview and Opportunity
The Accounting Coordinator I position is responsible for providing professional technical accounting services.
Provided services include fixed assets inventory monitoring and coordination and coordination and administration of domestic and international travel services for college staff and student trips. This position performs a variety of professional accounting and complex technical functions associated with properly classifying, recording, and reporting general, auxiliary, restricted and agency fund transactions. This position will also provide general accounting functions that may include the preparation of reconciliations, analyses needed for period closes, projections, reports, and general ledger research and analysis.
Responsibilities
Function as primary Business Services staff accountant responsible for capitalized and non-capitalized fixed assets.
Ensure controls over fixed assets are operating effectively including issuance and control over inventory tags and numbering, coordination with and assistance to college departmental staff reviewing assigned capitalized and noncapitalized items, maintenance of WASP inventory management system, reconciliation to the general ledger on a monthly basis, and review of purchase requisition coding of fixed assets and capital items.
Ensure all travel for RRCC is compliant with state fiscal rules, federal government rules applicable to grant funded travel, system requirements, etc. Using positive and professional customer service skills assist travelers in making travel arrangements for staff travel, domestic and international grant-funded travel, international student trips, conferences, and other travel.
Coordinate with President’s assistant, travel agency, grant program staff, or others as required. Review and interpret fiscal rules, system regulations, grant agreements, federal regulations, OMB Circulars, etc. in ensuring that planned trips are compliant with applicable regulations.
Gather and review tax or other guidance and develop initial opinion regarding tax liabilities associated with foreign travel.
Coordinate with Assistant Controller, Controller, or system office staff as required for foreign travel arrangements.
Provide timely and accurate balance sheet and other account reconciliations on at least a monthly basis, or as assigned.
Prepare journal entries for assigned transactions and ensure timely posting before monthly closing. Develop and maintain detailed written primary task procedures and train backup staff.
Provide backup support for other departmental staff as needed during periods of leave: twice weekly review of AP warrant batches for appropriate FOAP, authorizing signature, payment amount, remittance address, keying of student refunds or other tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other closely related field. Full-time professional accounting experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis; provided however, that at least 18 credits of accounting or business coursework leading to a degree have been completed with a grade of B or better in each business course (or closely related field).
Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and governmental accounting standards as evidenced by at least two years’ experience performing progressively responsible professional accounting, auditing, or other business administration experience for state-funded agencies or higher education institutions.
Demonstrated experience with Colorado State Fiscal Rules and Procurement Guidelines.
Good communication skills, good customer service skills, demonstrated intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access skills, demonstrated knowledge of Cognos or other electronic reporting tools, and good familiarity with Banner or other ERP system.

Job Description
The University of Colorado Foundation is currently seeking a Director, Development for our Biofrontiers, Engineering, Science & Technology Department. The Director will coordinate, direct and implement development and fundraising activities as well as solicit major gifts. This position will work with both individuals (Computer Science alumni and those persons interested in biotechnology) as well as Corporations and Foundations specializing in biotechnology areas. Essential Duties
Works to cultivate existing and new donor (individual, corporate, and foundation) relationships with the intent of sustaining and increasing the relationship with the donor.
Portfolio Management: Manages portfolio consisting of a minimum of 60 prospects. Goals relating to personal contacts, number of proposed gifts, grants, and prospect identification to be set with and approved by management. Goals for number of planned giving donations will be established with management.
Develops and manages portfolios of individual, corporate and foundation prospects capable of making significant gifts in order to secure major gift commitments (at least $100K). Plans and implements programs that include measurable targets for each fiscal year (e.g., personal visits, stewardship activities, solicitations).
Works closely with University of Colorado (CU) faculty (may work directly with dean of school or college); and works directly with volunteers daily to develop and implement fundraising strategies in order to meet established goals and objectives. Facilitates productive relationships daily between donors and CU administrators, faculty and staff to ensure effectiveness of programs.
Works daily to ensure timely, accurate completion of proposals, pledges and fund agreements. Documents prospect strategies and contact reports, evaluates new prospects and generates stewardship reports and general correspondence daily to cultivate major gift prospects.
Represents the CU Foundation at University events in order to support the University and cultivate donors.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY
The Major Gift Officer (MGO) seeks to raise 5-figure plus current, major and deferred gifts for identified Regis University priorities. The MGO plans/conducts the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donor prospects for the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions (80%). Secondary donor development responsibilities will be assigned for the College of Professional Studies (20%). For these two innovative and progressive colleges, the MGO will develop a portfolio of potential major gift and planned gift donors. • Build and maintain effective relationships with prospects and major gift donors that result in support for University fundraising priorities. Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospects with interest, affinity, and capability to give at the major gift level. The role of University Relations (UR) is to provide a seamless and coordinated program of outreach that fosters strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance support for Regis University. UR works in close collaboration with University stakeholders, garnering the support necessary to fulfill the University's mission and accomplish its strategic goals. UR has broad responsibilities - fundraising, communications, alumni relations, and public/community relations, and operates in a model that requires and encourages collaboration with partners across campus. The Alumni Engagement Office operates in support of all of these broader UR initiatives.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement, the Director of Alumni Engagement must be a creative and strategic professional who is committed to embracing new technologies, and be able to develop and implement new programs, and who possesses a commitment to sparking alumni interest, elevates engagement and increases philanthropic participation. The candidate will address diverse alumni needs and interests that support the strategic goals of the College of Professional Studies (CPS) and Rueckert- Hartman College for Health Professionals (RHCHP). The Director will develop a strategic plan to engage alumni in the life of the University through thoughtful alumni outreach programs, regional clubs, academic affinity outreach including career offerings, and volunteer engagement.
The Director of Alumni Engagement plays a pivotal role in engaging an enthusiastic community of 56,000+ living alumni with specific focus on College of Professional Studies alumni and is expected to convey a strong alumni and university relations vision, developed under the guidance of the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement in collaboration with fundraising colleagues and key alumni volunteers.
The Director of Alumni Engagement develops a new, integrated model that incorporates alumni relations and philanthropic opportunities in a seamless fashion that communicates a sense of meaning and belonging to CPS and RHCHP college constituents. Fosters lifelong relationships between the University and its College of Professional Studies alumni.
The Director of Alumni Engagement works with deans, department heads, administration, faculty, staff and students to raise the visibility of and awareness about the importance of alumni outreach and engagement in the fabric of Regis University.
MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
(50%) Establishes programming to engage CPS and RHCHP alumni including events, educational offerings and social networking opportunities. Staff liaison, resource and support for the CPS priorities, initiatives and programs. Builds a strategic plan and implements programs that will lead to increased involvement and support of both college alumni.
(20%) In collaboration with UR Director of Donor & Alumni Communications, assists in growing traditional, digital and social media outreach to alumni with emphasis on CPS and RHCHP alumni population.
(20%) Work with key campus programs (Dean, directors, etc.) and offices to leverage current offerings and establish traditions and engage current students (future alumni) around strategic events and offerings as well as identifying ways for alumni to participate. The Director assists in planning including developing calendars, alumni programs, and alumni events and activities.
(10%) Aware of and comfortable with the key role of alumni relations in support of the overarching goals of outreach, engagement and fundraising. Manages allocated budget amounts for each program and ensures the expenditure items remain in line with budgeted amounts. Prepares annual plans and evaluations for alumni engagement programs, including goals, and time frames for each activity. Co-supervises work-study employees the alumni office. Fulfills other duties as assigned the Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement Programs.
The Director of Alumni Engagement will make strategic and critical decisions based on the policies, guidelines, and direction of the University and Supervisor. The Director will plan and implement programs and activities designed to cultivate, involve, and service Regis alumni to help advance the University. The Director is responsible for carrying out program events, goals and objectives for Regis University as a whole.
The Director of Alumni Engagement position will have a direct impact by assisting the department as a whole. This position will have daily interaction with alumni, alumni board members, staff and faculty. Any failure to respond appropriately could have a detrimental impact on the University’s program development efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. BS/BA degree required. Strong academic record and outstanding leadership desired, Regis Alumnus/Alumna preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years’ of program planning and support, program development and implementation (e.g. a speaker series, awards program, etc.), and strategic planning preferably in an educational/higher education setting.
3. Excellent writing, reasoning, communication, critical thinking, problem solving and people skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and ability to be self-directed as assigned as well as the ability to proactively and positively interact with a variety of constituencies.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Demonstrated understanding of and experience with digital and social media, networking and strong computer/internet skills preferred.

The College Director of Inclusion and Diversity operates as a change-agent providing leadership for diversity, equity and inclusion-based programming, education and initiatives on campus that engage the college community as a whole. In collaboration with key constituents, the Director will advance the development and implementation of a strategic plan for diversity, equity and inclusion that is mission-driven and aligned with the college’s overall strategic plans. Responsibilities
Enhance cross-cultural understanding and competence at the college through development and implementation of policies, procedures, curricular and co-curricular activities that are guided by the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, transparency, and shared governance. The Director works toward these ends through collaboration and relationship building with internal and external constituents and key stakeholders. Coordinate college wide diversity and inclusiveness initiatives; encompassing the Lakewood and Arvada campuses. Lead the Department of Inclusion and Diversity for the college, facilitating collaboration between multiple college groups, including the GLBT Center, Veteran’s Affairs, Disability Services, and International Student Office. Promote and coordinate training programs and workshops on diversity and inter-cultural competencies for staff, faculty, administrators, and students. Assist in developing systemic structures to recruit, retain, and promote diverse students, staff, and faculty by working closely with the Student Services, Instruction, and Human Resources. Coordinate all campus diversity and inclusiveness events. Chairs the Diversity/Inclusion Council, leading strategic diversity planning efforts in conjunction with current council members. Coordinate ongoing assessments of diversity that use a range of data-gathering approaches. Serve on committees that focus on the promotion of diversity and inclusion programming, outreach, and education. Interact with and engage the local community in building strategic diversity partnerships in order to elevate the visibility and strategic value of diversity education. Assist faculty and staff in integrating and infusing diversity and inclusion efforts in Student Services and Instructional Services. Seek and deliver grant funding for the Office on Inclusion and Diversity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for this position are a Master’s degree in related field and three years of leadership/management experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications Experience generating curriculum and creating professional development opportunities associated with diversity and inclusion topics. Knowledge of training and development theory and methodology. Grant writing experience.

Undergraduate Program Coordinator/Advisor

The University of Colorado Denver is seeking nominations and applications for the position of Program Coordinator/Advisor of the Bioengineering Undergraduate Program. UC Denver is the premier research university in Colorado, serving more than 30,000 undergraduate, graduate and health profession students in Denver, Aurora and online and awarding nearly 4,000 degrees each year. In 2008 the University was awarded more than $371 million in research grants and contracts. The new Anschutz Medical Campus includes over 5 million square feet of research, educational and clinical space on 227 acres. The Downtown Campus is located in one of America's most vibrant urban centers, just steps from the Denver Center for Performing Arts, the LoDo District and the state capitol. On both campuses, students, staff and faculty have access to a broad array of academic, professional, community, recreational and cultural opportunities.
The Program Coordinator/Advisor position will be in the newly established bioengineering undergraduate degree program, within the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (CEAS). The Department of Bioengineering, one of the newer departments at the University of Colorado, spans the Downtown Denver and Anschutz Medical Campuses and offers MS and PhD degrees in Bioengineering. The department has grown rapidly since its inception in 2010, houses major research grants, is composed of highly entrepreneurial faculty, and is slated for further expansion with the incorporation of the undergraduate program.
The incumbent will have three main areas of responsibility: operations, coordination/advising, and strategic planning. The Program Coordinator/Advisor oversees the operations of the bioengineering undergraduate degree program and is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the administrative activities of the undergraduate program. Undergraduate student advising is a key role of this position. The Program Coordinator/Advisor will ensure compliance with all internal/external policies and procedures that govern the Department of Bioengineering, including oversight of the undergraduate program's day-to-day operations. The Program Coordinator/Advisor has the responsibility of maintaining the undergraduate degree program website and overseeing the outreach efforts to recruit high quality students into the program. The Department of Bioengineering has a presence on both the Downtown Campus and the Anschutz Medical Campus and the Program Coordinator/Advisor will have significant responsibilities for coordinating with personnel and offices on both campuses. The Program Coordinator/Advisor will also be involved in assisting the chair, faculty and other staff with regard to strategic planning for the growth of the Bioengineering department by collaborating with key individuals in the CEAS and UC Denver.
Reports to the Department Administrator for Finance and Administration, individual performs independently according to established policies and procedures.

1. Recruitment/Outreach/Events: Establish pipeline relationships with Metro Denver high schools; UC Denver diversity/community outreach programs; Metro Denver bioscience companies; Organize outreach events at high schools; student internship placement in faculty or industry labs; dual campus open house events; year-end celebration, awards, and graduation ceremonies; maintain web sub-site for undergraduate program; Develop print, electronic, and social media campaigns for prospective students, industry partners; and ensure program is on track to meet student enrollment goals.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Brand & Marketing, the Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for managing and governing all University digital assets.
