Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Officer is responsible to increase the amount of voluntary financial support received by Colorado Mesa University (CMU). The Development Officer solicits gifts to CMU, communicates with constituents, provides assistance with the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of all of the University's fundraising programs including major gifts; annual, alumni, and planned giving; special projects; corporate and foundation relations; and capital campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
*As part of the Office of Development team, establishes strong relationships with all University constituents and local communities;
*In collaboration with the Director of Development writes letters of solicitation and gratitude;
*Responsible for meeting goals established in collaboration with the Director of Development and reporting progress towards those stated goals;
*Communicates in writing and orally with individuals and groups;
*Responsible for implementing strategies to ensure the successful identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors;
*Documents prospect strategies and contact reports, evaluates new prospects and generates stewardship reports and general correspondence daily to cultivate gift prospects;
Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and ABILITIES include:
*An earned Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
*A minimum of two years experience in public relations, fundraising, professional sales, or a related field
*Excellent writing, oral, and interpersonal skills
*Experience in writing and editing
*Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, students, parents, alumni, donors, and the general public
*Ability to apply fundraising techniques with imagination and an entrepreneurial spirit
*Strategic and analytical reasoning skills
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE and ABILITIES:
*Experience in fundraising for Higher Education

Colorado Mountain College is seeking an experienced professional and dynamic educator for a fulltime 9-month faculty position, at the Aspen and Glenwood Springs Campus locations. The successful candidate will take a leadership role in this innovative and creative program, representing the convergence of communication, technology, and entertainment through graphic design, photography, marketing and other components. Areas of program focus may include Entrepreneurship and Creative Careers, Citizen and Public Media, Arts and Entertainment, Professional Proficiency. Duties will include teaching courses in one or more program tracks emphasizing digital journalism, digital media production, and digital marketing. Additional responsibilities will include developing student internship opportunities for New Media, Professional Photography and Graphic Design students; ensuring in-class and/or online instructional models, formats and pedagogy are consistent with Isaacson School Principles of Excellence; as well as developing and administering the program budget. Other faculty responsibilities include serving on campus and college-wide committees, program advisory committees, student advising, assessment and program evaluation, hiring and mentoring adjunct faculty, as well as other duties normally required of a fulltime faculty member. Job Description:
The Alumni Association serves to support the university by fostering strong and positive connections between the university and its alumni and students (future alumni). The Director, Alumni Events & Outreach position is critical in nature to the success of the Alumni Association. It is responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan to effectively engage alumni and students with the university and each other. It oversees and directs all the office's outreach and events to the university's 250,000 alumni and 30,000 students. The position works independently with the highest levels of university administration (CU President's Office, CU-Boulder Chancellor, Provost, vice chancellors and deans) to successfully implement events and programs that engage alumni around the globe. This includes a range of programs from large-scale, high-profile events held around the country and overseas to student events held on campus. It is also responsible for overseeing a close partnership with the Foundation and a variety of university leadership boards to ensure successful alumni and student engagement. The position independently oversees contracts with a variety of vendors, organizations and companies, working directly with University Counsel to assure compliance with university regulations. The position also works closely with a variety of other campus programs and departments, including Continuing Education, Athletics, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the Parents' Program, the Senior Class Council, Student Affairs and various academic units to plan and implement events and programs. It also works closely with the Communications staff to ensure that appropriate marketing and promotion of Alumni Association events is carried out.
The position oversees all staff associated with these events and programs, including Events & Outreach staff, Alumni Chapters and Affinity staff and staff for the Herd (student group) and Young Alumni. The position oversees an annual budget of $700,000.
The position represents the Executive Director in her absence and serves on a variety of university committees and task forces.
Staff Supervision: (50%)
* Manages daily operations of alumni engagement staff to provide consistent direction and guidance
* Provides daily supervision of and leadership for the Events & Outreach staff, including directly supervising five staff: the Sr. program manager, Chapters and Affinity; the Sr. program manager, Student and Young Alumni Outreach; two event program managers and one program coordinator. The position has supervisory responsibility for several students as well.
* Ensures that all alumni and student engagement events and services are at the highest possible level.
* Approves requests for time off.
* Holds weekly staff meetings and 1:1 meetings with staff.
Program-related Responsibilities: (40%)
* Creates and implements strategic plan to effectively engage alumni and students with the university and each other. Analyzes alumni engagement metrics to determine most effective types of programs and events to offer.
* Manages and oversees staff responsible for the 54 Alumni Chapters and affinity groups, both domestic and international, that plan hundreds of events each year which engage tens of thousands of alumni. This includes the recruitment and training of new alumni chapter leaders, setting the organizational framework and guidelines for successful chapter functioning and acting as the liaison to specified alumni chapters.
- This position works closely with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to create international alumni chapters that will assist with international student recruitment.
* Works closely with the Athletics Department to produce large-scale events for alumni and fans in conjunction with all home and away football games and selected other athletic events. Manages and oversees staff responsible for all athletic pregame activities, reaching thousands of alumni and fans each year.
* Manages and oversees the creation of high-profile university events featuring the CU President and CU-Boulder Chancellor in conjunction with the university's comprehensive campaign. Works closely with the Chancellor's Office and the Foundation to determine major markets in which to hold events. Supervises staff in the planning, marketing and execution of these events.
* Acts as the primary liaison with the Chancellor's Office staff for coordination around alumni and community outreach events in the state and nationally, including event marketing, communications, venue selection, registration and staffing.
* Represents the Alumni Association on a variety of university and Foundation committees, including the Chancellor's External Events Team, the Council on University Relations (Group B), the Chancellor's Outreach Tour Committee, the Bowl Planning Committee, and other meetings which require Alumni Association collaboration.
* Marketing: oversees marketing coordination for all alumni engagement events, insuring that the branding and messaging associated with all Alumni Association outreach events complies with university standards. Works closely with Alumni Communications staff.
* Works closely with the Alumni Association Board of Directors: (10%)
- Attends and assists in planning board meetings three times per year.
- Attends and assists in planning Alumni Association Executive Committee meetings three times per year.

Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the Recreation Services team, the Assistant Director functions to shape the Intramural Program that serves an enrollment of over 30,000 students. The Assistant Director oversees and mentors 150 student employees and 18,000 participants for the department, including the following: supervisory of personnel, officials' training clinics, risk management, budgeting, publicity/promotions/marketing public relations, rules and policy development, and scheduling of Intramurals. In addition, the Assistant Director is responsible for the planning and delivery of summer youth programs.
The Assistant Director will perform the following duties:
* Administration: Responsible for the development, supervision, promotion, and administration of intramurals sports programs, policies and summer youth programs. Develops and reviews a comprehensive officials training for intramural officials, supervisors and summer camp counselors/instructors. Adheres to risk management policies and safety procedures. Oversees the organization and maintenance of intramurals equipment, supplies, and fields. Maintains intramurals web page and participant database. Assists in coordinating and implementing marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, flyers, and professional publications. Keeps current with developments in the recreational sports profession, specifically as it relates to intramurals and summer youth programs. Develops annual budget proposal and monitors budget allocations. Prepares fees and processes refunds for supervised programs. Serves on departmental and university committees.
* Field/Facility/Special Event/Equipment Management: Requests and supervises facility scheduling and appropriate coverage for IM games, tournament play, special events and summer youth programs.
* Supervision: Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates approximately 150 student employees. Implements an effective training and development program for all student employees covering topics such as effective supervision, risk management, customer service, management of ejections.
* Assessment: Develops, executes and evaluates assigned programming. Works with the Recreation Services Department to develop strategic plans for short and long-term goals.
Note: This position coordinates and/or assists with special events and activities as necessary. This may require working occasional nights and/or weekends.
Salary and Benefits:
Annual salary is $54,000.

The Assistant Commissioner of Compliance will report to the Senior Associate Commissioner and will work cooperatively with athletic department administrators, compliance directors, faculty athletics representatives, and various other university personnel to coordinate all compliance functions related to NCAA and WAC rules and regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide rules interpretations to coaches, staff, and other university entities responsible for NCAA compliance and coordinates rules education programming for the membership. * Manage the National Letter of Intent program and academic awards for conference members. * Process alleged rules violations by conference members and assist with the completion and submission of required NCAA reports, waivers and appeals. * Coordinate any NCAA legislation sponsored by the conference and facilitates the process of developing conference positions on proposed legislation. * Assist the senior management team with the implementation of the conference wide strategic plan, preparing reports and action plans, specifically in issues related to academics and compliance. * Assist with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and promote student-athlete driven initiatives. * Serve as the primary liaison to the compliance and academic personnel as well the Conference's Faculty Athletics Representatives Committee. * Represent the Conference on national committees and professional organizations. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
The scope of the position requires occasional weekend and evening work, including out of town travel.

The Senior Development Director is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic fundraising plan, focusing on prospecting, cultivating, soliciting, and closing major and principal-level philanthropic gifts and grants.
The Senior Development Director is responsible for raising $2.0 - $2.5 million annually.
The Senior Development Director reports to the Executive Director of the Institute. The Senior Development Director is also part of the University of Denver's advancement team. Position Summary
The Director of Marketing and Public Relations is responsible for managing the marketing function and for raising Jones eGlobal Library's (EGL) brand preference in support of the acquisition of new customers and students in a B2B and B2C sales environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of sales and marketing, this individual will provide management and coordination of Jones' marketing functions, including development and implementation of marketing and public relations strategy, monitoring and analyzing marketing activity against goals, product development, competitive intelligence capture, branding/creative, research/analytics, demand generation, channel sales support and vendor management. He/she will lead the improvement of brand development and marketing strategies to drive further growth and value creation for the company.
He/she will also lead the development and optimization of various marketing and PR campaigns in B2B and B2C sales strategies including utilizing SEO/SEM to increase traffic and leads, contributing to overall SEO/SEM strategy, implementation and management of outside agencies to deliver on SEO/SEM initiatives.
This director will be tasked with driving demand for the company's online library products and services through best-in-class marketing and PR strategies, raising awareness and preference for Jones's brand in support of the sales function at the company. In addition, this director will elevate Jones's brand through effective creative and brand building efforts. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the SVP and other executives on broader, organizational-wide marketing-related ideas and concepts to drive and grow the business.

Lead an effective and useful marketing research, benchmarking and analytics effort to assist in better understanding appropriate target audiences and best practices to reach different market segments; provide regular analytics and support services to gauge and improve brand positioning and awareness; provide important and relevant intelligence regarding competitor marketing and branding efforts and strategies; apply this knowledge toward changes in approach as appropriate.

Potential KPIs for the Marketing Department may include:
Number of speaking engagements: Opportunities are offered by conferences or affinity or special groups for EGL or companies like EGL to speak and present as thought leaders or service providers relevant to that audience.
Social Media Measurements. Viewership & participation for awareness-generation activities including: Measurement of web site traffic; Unique visitors to web site; Return visitors; Total website impressions; Video views; Twitter followers; Retweets; RSS feed subscribers; Email newsletter list subscribers; and New registrations generated directly from web site.
General Web Measurements. Clickthrough rate on PPC advertising (measure effectiveness of ad content); Leading sources of traffic and maintenance of a healthy balance of traffic sources. One-time vs. returning visitors. Average number of page views per ad details page. Traffic sources for ad details pages. Bounce rate & exit rate on ad details pages. Lifetime cycle of ads. Bounce rate of different page templates. Number of landing pages. Effectiveness of search engine optimization of web site content as measured by: position in search engine results on targeted keywords, traffic to landing pages, conversions from visits to landing pages, etc.
Branding Measurements. Monitor improvements to the EGL products and services in key areas such as:
o Brand recall (e.g., please name a research tool you would use to help you be successful in your education;
o Brand recognition (e.g., Here is a list of brands (ads, logos, etc.). Do you remember having seen this brand before yesterday or before last month);
o Brand value (e.g., asking subjects what adjectives describe the brand and measure each facet). Examples of this may include "When you think of EGL, what comes to mind?" "What does EGL degree evoke for you?" "Who is a typical EGL user?" "When would you decide to subscribe to EGL?" "If EGL were a person, what would its personality be like?" Typically, for KPIs, these are measured on a numerical scale.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Services Coordinator (Coordinator) is responsible for coordinating and implementing Mi Casa Neighborhood Center's Student Services, which include intensive case management and life skills classes. Mi Casa's Student Services are designed to keep high-risk middle school students free of drugs and crime involvement, engaged in school, and hopeful about their futures. The Coordinator will maintain a caseload of ten youth, working with the youth and their families on goal setting and intervention plans to support academic success and positive youth development. The Coordinator meets with students individually, conducts family home visits, facilitates social skill development, and works closely with the school to improve the students' academic success. The Coordinator also plans and facilitates life skills class throughout the school year and summer. In addition to direct work with youth and families, the Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day activities of Mi Casa's Student Services, including providing training and support to other staff members in handling high-risk situations, as well as coordinating administrative aspects of the program.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Leadership
-Coordinate Neighborhood Center's Student Services, including intensive case management and life skills classes
-Coach, train, and support Youth Advocate
-Coach, train, and support Youth & Family team members in dealing with high-risk situations such as child abuse and neglect reporting and suicidal ideation
-Supervise volunteers, Bachelor-level interns, and work study students as needed
Program Contribution
-Manage day-to-day activities for Mi Casa's Student Services
-Coordinate intensive case management program, including monitoring caseloads and planning parent engagement activities, life skills programming, and summer programming
-Maintain a caseload of 10 middle school youth — coaching and counseling students, conducting monthly family visits, referring families to relevant resources, and designing and monitoring individualized intervention plans with incentives
-Support the academic success and positive development of youth including designing and supporting classroom interventions and encouraging youth to participate in the Neighborhood Center's out-of-school time programs
-Plan and facilitate both school year and summer life skills programs
-Coordinate field trips, workshops, guest speakers, and other activities as needed
-Stay apprised of legal matters pertaining to families and attend court with students as needed
-Coordinate with Manager of Out-of-School Time Programs to ensure alignment between Student Services and the Neighborhood Center's Out-of-School Time Programs
-Collaborate with school personnel (including teachers, school police officer, and school social worker) to ensure aligned interventions, includes facilitating regular case conference meetings
Evaluation
-Work with Director of Youth & Family Development to ensure that all data collection and entry are conducted regularly and accurately and that outcomes are achieved
-Compile programmatic outcomes on a quarterly basis and provides them to the Director of Youth & Family
Development
-Oversee data collection and reporting for Colorado Division of Behavioral Health grant
-Maintain up-to-date paperwork for participants, including intake paperwork and intervention plans
Fundraising and Grants Management
-Participates in fundraising activities
-May assist in writing program grants, including providing needed data
-Assists with identifying fundraising opportunities and efforts
--Work with Director of Youth & Family Development to coordinate spending grant funds
Community Relations
-Develop and maintain strategic partnerships related to Student Services' work
-Facilitate communication and alignment between Mi Casa Neighborhood Center and schools
-Serve as Neighborhood Center's main liaison with the schools' mental health teams and STRIVE Prep's administrators
-Initiate and develop community outreach efforts to recruit participants and volunteers
-Represent Mi Casa's interest in community and school meetings, such as Student Attendance Review Board, Student Intervention Teams, School Staff Meetings, School Parent Meetings, and the Northwest Denver Collaborative
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
An appropriate candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English and will have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, education, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The candidate should have one to four years' experience working with and developing programs for diverse youth and families. Case management and group facilitation experience preferred. The candidate should be a team player who has a passion for working with youth and families. This job requires a flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products and also have a valid Colorado Driver's License, good motor vehicle record, and current automobile insurance.

Assist Clinical Coordinator in maintaining contact with clinical affiliates and preceptors to ensure achievement of Program educational objectives. Make clinical training site visits to monitor progress and assess the quality of training. Assist with the recruitment of adjunct didactic and clinical faculty and promote rapport with local physicians, PAs, and other health care providers. Assists in recommending, assessing and mentoring qualified part-time instructors. Participates in department, divisional and college-wide professional development activities and committees. Demonstrates sensitivity to different learning styles. Serves as a liaison between Red Rocks Community College and the electrical industry. Fulfills the direct teaching, indirect teaching, professional development and service obligations of full-time faculty. Collaborates with multiple groups such as advisory committees and industry to enhance student opportunities and maintains trade/industry relationships.
Minimum Qualifications: Five years experience as a licensed Colorado Journeyman Electrician. Maintain trade/industry relationships. Have one year full-time (or equivalent part-time) teaching experience. Ability to obtain a full-time vocational credential in Electrical (requires two years paid full-time equivalent electrical experience). A strong commitment to effective teaching and to the learner-centered philosophy. Experience working with diverse populations. Demonstrated experience with controls, motors, maintenance, repair, remodeling, and new construction in residential, commercial and industrial electrical installation. Knowledge of, interest in, and ability to use technology-assisted and hands-on delivery.
Preferred Qualifications: Electrical Master’s License. Electrical or other related professional credential. Experience teaching in alternative formats/non-traditional programs. Responsibilities
Red Rocks Community College Computer Technology Department is seeking a full-time faculty to teach a variety of college-level computer information technology courses including but not limited to programming, web development, networking, cyber security, database development and administration. This position reports directly to a Dean of Instruction. The successful candidate should be able to work with students from a wide range of academic preparedness, and collaborate with other faculty in professional activities. The normal teaching load is 15 contact hours per semester. Candidates must exhibit an effective teaching style that supports a diverse student body. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to education and a willingness to stay current on new technology such as virtualization, mobile development, cyber security, Office 365 and cloud computing. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to use both Mac and PCs to teach a wide range of computer information courses.
The instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering instruction for 21st century learners and assessing student learning outcomes as appropriate to ensure academic quality. The candidate will be an engaged learning facilitator/instructor who will utilize a range of teaching and learning strategies to foster active learning and student success, which contributes to the fulfillment of the College's strategic goals. Successful candidates are expected to participate in activities or on committees that contribute to the success of students. HRIS Administrator

JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the HRIS Administrator serves as the primary source of first level technical advice, guidance, support, and solutions to users in the utilization of human resources information systems and applications. This position offers leadership in identifying and providing business process management solutions to include transaction automation and web interfaces and independently resolves or coordinates resolution of complex technical problems. Develops, implements, updates, and maintains the human resources information system (HRIS) utilizing Colleague/Ellucian by Datatel database, to meet current and future business needs, by engaging with both internal and external partners.
MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
The HRIS Administrator provides planning, project coordination, administration, and maintenance of the Human Resources database. A key responsibility is to determine human resources departmental and user needs for system implementation, recommending changes and upgrades based on efficiency of current system to ensure continued operations and reporting efficiency, data integrity and security, while also analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities. This position offers technical and analytical support, implements, and facilitates business process management solutions to include web interfaces, transaction automation, and dynamic data updates or confirmation to end users. Provides internal training to human resources department personnel on system access and utilization. This position has lead responsibility for managing the HR web site. Serves as primary technical point-of-contact and liaison for the Human Resources department. Partners with IT staff to identify programming or other changes needed to match departmental needs with system options. Acts as key HR liaison with other University departments and individuals to identify, resolve, or coordinate resolution of technical or database problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, human resources, business, or a related field is required; master’s degree is a plus. At least three years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is required. A positive approach and a focus on overall customer service are essential. The position requires a strong knowledge of Human Resource information systems or databases. Also desired is experience with Higher Education software, specifically, Colleague/Ellucian by Datatel. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement technical documentation and training to end users will also be considered.

Job Summary
Regis University is seeking a Creative Director to oversee a wide range of initiatives that achieve brand marketing and communications goals for the University. This position is the driving force of the design and production process and operations. The Creative Director manages a team of graphic designers; leads design and concept ideation; produces high quality marketing collateral (print, digital, signage) across print and digital media; ensures that all marketing collateral are within budget and in compliance with the brand standards and guidelines; and fosters and maintains relationships and partnerships with internal clients and external vendors.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
The Creative Director, in collaboration with the University Brand Marketing leadership team, is responsible for setting the creative direction, generating the project plan and selecting the appropriate methods and design techniques for the development of products that effectively express and communicate Regis University’s brand; leading and inspiring the team to execute timely and professionally accomplished design concepts that meet objectives and advance the institutional brand marketing strategy. The Creative Director is responsible for familiarizing the campus community in the appropriate use of the Regis University brand by informing/instructing community clients of University Brand Marketing processes and objectives. S/he handles special projects with tight deadlines as assigned and serves as a brand evangelist for the University. The Creative Director serves as the primary steward of visual identity for the institution, ensuring consist and effective implementation of the brand and serving as a campus resource to ensure integrated communications across Regis University.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in visual design or fine arts or a related field is required; graduate degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will have eight to ten years of experience in art direction including a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience of a design team, and a background in higher education. Also required is an advanced understanding of electronic communications, including experience with Web, mobile, and e-mail design and marketing as well as hands-on knowledge of a range of industry standard software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote, on a Mac platform. An understanding of marketing principles, use of market research and significance of the Web with an understanding of higher education communications issues and appreciation of academic culture is also critical. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, set appropriate priorities and meet deadlines along with the ability to lead, motivate and coach direct reports in delivering high-quality work. Web Designer, University Brand Marketing

Web Design Manager

Job Description
The Web Design Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the WICHE web site's visual theme, content placement, site structure, navigation and user interface, and provide support for other web sites associated with WICHE. The Web Design Manager will work in the Programs and Services Unit at WICHE. This position is eligible for relocation reimbursement in the amount of 80 percent of relocation expenses up to a maximum of $5,000.
PROGRAMS AND SERVICES UNIT
The Programs and Services Unit is involved in developing and managing programs that promote student access as well as resource sharing and collaboration both regionally and nationally. The unit administers WICHE's Student Exchange Programs that provide a broad range of higher education options for more than 32,700 students each year at the undergraduate, graduate and professional levels. These programs include the Professional Student Exchange, the Western Regional Graduate Program, and the Western Undergraduate Exchange. Its other functions include directing the activities of the Western Academic Leadership Forum, a consortium of masters' and doctoral-granting institutions in the region; directing activities of the Western Alliance of Community College Academic Leaders, a consortium of community and technical colleges in the region; managing the Internet Course Exchange, a multi-institution initiative that fosters collaborative online degree and certificate programs; managing state and institutional participation in a technology purchasing cooperative, a national risk management and property insurance purchasing consortium; and other programmatic activities.
The unit uses electronic and print media to disseminate information on WICHE's programs, meetings, and publications to students and their families, education policymakers, state higher education executive officers and campus administrators, state superintendents of public instruction, state and institutional governing board members, and other constituents in the Western states and beyond. The unit's staff develop grant proposals for several of the regional initiatives described above and manage the projects once they are funded; maintaining a database of WICHE constituents; planning briefings about WICHE in several states in conjunction with meetings of education and policy organizations, and with legislators, legislative staff, and executive branch staff; responding to media inquiries about WICHE and increasing WICHE's visibility in the print and electronic media; as well as other functions.
Position Specifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and implement effective front-end design, theming, and scripting strategies and solutions to keep the WICHE web site informative, visually inviting and user friendly.
Display a working familiarity with the Drupal content management system and keep abreast of helpful modules and current platform versions.
Work closely with the IT department to conduct needs assessments before developing new sites and solicit user input throughout the process to ensure communication objectives are met.
Solicit relevant and compelling content for the site from staff.
Utilize effective visual elements, typography, symbols and color to inform and engage a wide range of WICHE constituencies. Utilize effective design skills across multiple media, online, landing pages, banners and other imaging.
Ensure quality controls are in place and review the WICHE site for accuracy of graphics, consistency of layout, and content placement. Review and proof web site content for relevance and accuracy.
Maintain and periodically freshen the layout, visual appearance and usability of the web site.
Work with the IT staff to investigate and resolve web site functionality and navigation problems.
Provide assistance to the WICHE graphic designer on overflow print projects as necessary, and employ her assistance maintaining web pages.
Integrate social media tools with the site and gather content to keep WICHE's online presence active and relevant.
Utilize excellent communication skills and strong conceptual skills.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
Demonstrate ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline; set priorities effectively while attending to administrative details and unexpected urgencies.

Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and other IT staff to schedule, plan, coordinate and implement new sites and periodic site upgrades of existing sites, to ensure all sites remain functional and performance is optimal. When working on various projects, the primary roles of the Web Design Manager are web site design, UI layout, building HTML templates, and site navigation.
Work with program staff throughout the organization to plan and build project pages and offer guidance for maintaining pages within the Drupal framework.
Write well and show ability to gather, creatively compose, and distill content for the web.
Develop design strategies for a range of design needs including icons, logos, layouts, templates, navigation components, animations for various web and interactive products.
Develop comprehensive documentation of the website to expedite site maintenance and periodically update the user's manual for staff.
Demonstrate excellent design capabilities and proficiency, incorporating different design approaches using software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Display an understanding of database design and fundamentals.
Demonstrate awareness of issues regarding web accessibility and web usability.

Physician Assistant Program Faculty (220 day contract)

Participate as a “team instructor” for a variety of medical courses needed within the Physician Assistant Program. Teach using traditional and alternative methods of instruction (computer aided instruction, interdisciplinary approaches, self-paced, on-line, etc.). Maintain appropriate teaching load. Act as facilitator in small group instruction. Coordinate with other faculty in curriculum planning, development, delivery, and review. Recruit, advise, and retain students. Assist the Clinical Coordinator and Medical Director in working with Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) to promote the continual development of clinical training sites and clinical preceptors (especially those in medically underserved areas). Assist Clinical Coordinator in maintaining contact with clinical affiliates and preceptors to ensure achievement of Program educational objectives. Make clinical training site visits to monitor progress and assess the quality of training. Evaluate student didactic and clinical performance in accordance with established objectives and performance standards. Supervise and instruct students in didactic and clinical settings. Assist with the recruitment of adjunct didactic and clinical faculty and promote rapport with local physicians, PAs, and other health care providers. Participate in program, divisional, and college-wide professional development activities and committees. Demonstrate sensitivity to different learning styles. Serve as a liaison between Red Rocks Community College and the community. Fulfill the direct teaching, indirect teaching, professional development, and service obligations of full time faculty.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PA program. Currently certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Inc. (NCCPA). Relevant Master’s Degree. Have at least three (3) years of clinical experience and able to obtain a State of Colorado Vocational Credential. Teaching experience. Experience working with diverse populations. Preferred Qualifications: Have at least two (2) years of academic experience of health-related teaching. Teaching experience that demonstrates knowledge of a variety of teaching strategies. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and two years paid full-time equivalent experience in Physical and Outdoors education, or a related field within the last seven years (or one year paid full-time equivalent experience if holding a Master’s degree). Experience with managing outdoor education field trips. Current Wilderness First Responder Certification and Adult CPR Certification. Knowledge of local Colorado resources, and experience managing local, state, and federal Special Use Permits. A strong commitment to effective teaching and to the learner-centered philosophy. Experience working with diverse populations. Knowledge of, interest in and ability to use technology-assisted delivery. Ability to obtain the appropriate Career and Technical Education (CTE) credential.

Experience managing paid staff, budget and finance experience. Ability to repair, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing equipment. Risk Management training or experience creating risk management plans for business or institution.

Responsibilities
This position teaches a full range of Electrical courses for day, evening, and weekend classes using traditional and alternative methods of instruction. Maintains full-time teaching load. Coordinates with other faculty in curriculum planning, development, delivery and review. Recruits, advises and works to retain students. Holds regular office hours. Participates in departmental governance and assumes department duties as needed. Managerial duties include scheduling staff, reordering supplies and maintaining standards and assisting adjunct faculty. Assists in recommending, assessing and mentoring qualified part-time instructors. Participates in department, divisional and college-wide professional development activities and committees. Demonstrates sensitivity to different learning styles. Serves as a liaison between Red Rocks Community College and the electrical industry. Fulfills the direct teaching, indirect teaching, professional development and service obligations of full-time faculty. Collaborates with multiple groups such as advisory committees and industry to enhance student opportunities and maintains trade/industry relationships.
Minimum Qualifications: Five years experience as a licensed Colorado Journeyman Electrician. Maintain trade/industry relationships. Have one year full-time (or equivalent part-time) teaching experience. Ability to obtain a full-time vocational credential in Electrical (requires two years paid full-time equivalent electrical experience). A strong commitment to effective teaching and to the learner-centered philosophy. Experience working with diverse populations. Demonstrated experience with controls, motors, maintenance, repair, remodeling, and new construction in residential, commercial and industrial electrical installation. Knowledge of, interest in, and ability to use technology-assisted and hands-on delivery.
Preferred Qualifications: Electrical Master’s License. Electrical or other related professional credential. Experience teaching in alternative formats/non-traditional programs. More than one year of teaching experience. Community college teaching experience. Experience integrating technology into the classroom setting. Additional experience above the five (5) years listed as minimum. Ability to interpret and teach the current National Electrical Code.

Responsibilities
Teach using traditional and alternative methods of instruction (computer-aided instruction, interdisciplinary approaches, self-paced, on-line, etc.). Maintain full-time teaching load. Seek and develop meaningful relationships with industry representatives for the purpose of producing measurable outcomes to include student internships, convening a minimum of 2 industry council meetings annually to review curriculum, receive support from industry to include in-kind and cash support of the program, and recruit part time instructors directly from industry. Must be able to drive and operate a mobile laboratory unit as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Environmental Sciences; the ability to obtain the appropriate Career and Technical Education (CTE) credential; and verification of 4000 paid hours of experience in the industry. Responsibilities
Red Rocks Community College Computer Technology Department is seeking a full-time faculty to teach a variety of college-level computer information technology courses including but not limited to programming, web development, networking, cyber security, database development and administration. This position reports directly to a Dean of Instruction. The successful candidate should be able to work with students from a wide range of academic preparedness, and collaborate with other faculty in professional activities. The normal teaching load is 15 contact hours per semester. Candidates must exhibit an effective teaching style that supports a diverse student body. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to education and a willingness to stay current on new technology such as virtualization, mobile development, cyber security, Office 365 and cloud computing. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to use both Mac and PCs to teach a wide range of computer information courses.
The instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering instruction for 21st century learners and assessing student learning outcomes as appropriate to ensure academic quality. The candidate will be an engaged learning facilitator/instructor who will utilize a range of teaching and learning strategies to foster active learning and student success, which contributes to the fulfillment of the College's strategic goals. Successful candidates are expected to participate in activities or on committees that contribute to the success of students. Some activities include: maintaining a required office schedule, participating in professional development activities, performing course-related and departmental assignments, assisting in curriculum development, advising students, actively supporting course and program assessment, and contributing to departmental, campus and college efforts to ensure student success.

Responsibilities: Enlist the support and active participation of practicing clinicians and health care institutions in the clinical education of Radiology students. Description: The Grants and Communications Manager is a key player in STRIVE Prep's development team and will work in cooperation with the development, finance, operations, human capital, and enrollment teams to meet critical development and communications goals of the growing STRIVE Prep network.
Grants and Federal Program Primary Responsibilities:
Manage grants calendar
Write applications and reports for private/foundation, federal, state, and district funds
Review and update current grant eligibility and expectations
Research new funding prospects
Align written content to internal development and communications strategies
Manage compliance of grants in accordance with guidelines
Research public funding opportunities, including Mil Levy, Bond programs, state sources and federal sources
Work with CFO and Business Manager to identify funding sources for all expenses
Prepare detailed monthly spending reports for all federal grants and submit claims for grant reimbursements due
Track grant budgets to ensure appropriate and timely drawdown of funds
Grants and Federal Program Primary Performance Indicators May Include:
Grants are submitted on time and return a high rate of success

Manage funder profiles and support strong partnerships

Communicate regularly and effectively with federal, state, district grants managers
Expenses are accurately linked to grant funds during accounts payable process; Grants and Communications Manager and CFO/Business Manager collaborate effectively and implement streamlined and consistent process to merge grants tracking with bookkeeping
Reports are accurate and organized to provide substantial detail for district audit
Reimbursement reports are submitted monthly to secure funds due in a timely manner
Grant expenditures comply with approved grant budget and network budget
Communications Primary Responsibilities:
Develop a high quality annual report
Maintain a high quality website
Manage STRIVE Prep visual branding and branded products, including school banners, logos, letterhead, and giveaways
Support development of collateral and ongoing marketing for teacher recruitment and student enrollment, including brochures and videos

Instructional Designer
Teletech
Instructional Designers are responsible for translating internal and external customer needs into training and resources that will achieve maximum transfer of benefit at delivery, with measurable impact to quality and customer satisfaction. They design and develop training programs/materials using instructional and distribution methods, such as e-Learning, instructor-led or blended, that best suit the content and audience. Instructional Designers are expected to understand the big picture of call center performance requirements and design training to meet those needs. They work closely with other Instructional Designers including Lead Instructional Designers (IDs), Project Managers (PMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Media, Quality Assurance (QA), as well as Training Team and Design and Delivery Managers. Instructional Designers need to understand adult learning theory and curriculum design, and be able to apply instructional design process into specific projects. They are accountable for completing deliverables /projects on time, therefore need to be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. Instructional Designers are expected to have a thorough working knowledge of TeleTech’s policies and procedures related to Learning Design and Development Department’s duties.
Key Performance Objectives
1. Achieve 100% completion of assigned projects/deliverables. Instructional Designers are responsible for designing and developing learning experiences, understanding the learning objectives and ensuring that the content matches those objectives. They perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of learning objectives and audience. Instructional Designers revise and structure content and activities to shape them for learning needs. They ensure that content remains complete and relevant. Collaborate with project team members to ensure an outstanding end product. Instructional Designers are expected being able to work on multiple projects at once; therefore, need to switch their focus essentially from one project to another, and be adaptable to change. (Creativity, achievement motivation, results orientation, efficiency, accountability, flexible, prioritization, multi-tasking)
2. Learn key business objectives, timeframes, and requirements associated with each project and task. Become a Learning Design and Development process and system expert. Instructional Designers are expected to show initiative in learning new course content; they attempt to find answers and information on their own before involving SMEs. Gather requirements from SMEs and Project Managers; research training topics and conduct a task analysis based on the goal and measurement values of the request. Gather content, create a course outline and develop engaging, interactive courses utilizing instructional tools. Instructional Designers need to adapt quickly to any changes in the process. They maintain/update all training materials when new processes, products and /or technology are introduced. Understand the requirements for each project while strictly adhering to TeleTech’s policies. (Attention to detail and process, follow-through, technical knowledge, ability to learn, analysis, research, innovation)
3. Understand and improve the key success metrics associated with Learning Design and Development goals. These include: Revenue Generation through LDD Product and services 80% Customer Satisfaction of eLearning & ILT courses (measured through post event surveys) New Hire Performance
Instructional Designers should gather information, analyze data, observe the process and participate in efforts to constantly look for opportunities to improve current process and communicate their ideas to their managers regularly. They build processes and templates to minimize the development time for new curricula. Show initiative in learning and implementing new processes and tools. (Observation, innovation, creativity, collaboration, communication)
4. Deliver consistent high quality customer service. Respond to all customer (internal/external) requests within the established time frames. Maintain a positive, respectful and caring attitude when working with others. Communicate appropriately and professionally with all project participants: SMEs, other Instructional Designers and Lead Instructional Designers, PMs, QA, Media, etc. Be able to communicate/work with team members that are remote. Communicate issues, delays and proposed solutions to Management, Lead IDs and PMs. Reassure customers that issues will be resolved quickly and deliver with minimum long term impact. Take personal responsibility for solving and finding solutions. (Customer focus, friendly, helpful, accountability, diplomacy, communication)
5. Escalate department issues as appropriate. Clearly identify issues including the scope of the problem and relative urgency. Provide clear documentation of the issue to the appropriate team. Collaborate effectively with support teams, SMEs and others when needed; reach out to team members when appropriate. Answer questions and assist in isolating the root cause of problems. Participate in testing solutions to ensure problems have been resolved. (Analysis, problem solving, judgment, communication, system troubleshooting)

CU Boulder Parking & Transportation Services (PTS), a unit of Public Safety, provides programs and services to the CU Boulder campus community. PTS communications develops and implements communication plans and tools that educate and inform, promotes and engages the campus community that utilize PTS programs and services.
Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of this position is to support the Parking & Transportation (PTS) Communications Manager and the Director of PTS in order to successfully execute the mission of PTS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
* Internal communications: research and coordinate teambuilding events, schedule all-staff meetings and coordinate meeting content, maintain PTS recognition program, and participate on PTS Diversity Committee
