What you will do
- Brand Guarding & Elevation: Creates, maintains, and evolves high-quality branding materials that differentiate View Homes in a competitive real estate market with the help of a high-level agency.
- Brand Management: Maintains and enforces brand standards across all channels. Ensures a cohesive visual experience across campaigns and platforms. Identifies opportunities to strengthen brand identity.
- Cross-Channel Design: Conceptualize and produce collateral and promotional material for corporate and division-level needs, including digital advertisements, email marketing campaigns, website graphics, and print materials (flyers, brochures, community signage).
- Division Empowerment (Canva Ecosystem): Builds, organizes, and manages a library of scalable templates in Canva for division teams to utilize for local promotions, ensuring brand consistency across all markets.
- Social Media & Content Assets: Designs engaging templates and standalone graphics for various social media platforms to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
- Collaboration & Execution: Partners closely with the Denver-based corporate marketing leadership and regional teams to take projects from initial creative requests to final, polished execution.
- Asset Management: Maintains an organized, accessible digital asset management system for photography, logos, and design files.
- Innovation & Trends: Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies. Introduces innovative ideas and creative approaches. Conducts competitive and industry research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, strongly preferred or exceptional direct experience. Required.
- 5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house corporate experience preferred; real estate or homebuilding industry experience is a major plus). Required.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple formats. Required.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Required.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, specifically in creating scalable enterprise/team templates and managing brand kits. Required.
- Experience designing for email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS). Required.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, versatility across print and digital media, and a proven ability to build cohesive brand identities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to manipulate and be proficient with PCs and Windows applications.
- A high performer who doesn’t wait for direction, is self-sufficient, and can confidently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, color theory, and consistent brand alignment.
- Comfortable pivoting priorities in a fast-moving, competitive sales environment.
Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $68,600 – $85,600, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
