Celebrate the Beat's program is radically inclusive and accessible to all children in the schools we partner with, regardless of differences. Our students are culturally diverse, and we are striving to reflect that diversity on our staff and board. This as well as educating ourselves and prioritizing equity in our recruiting, hiring, and retention methods are goals in our three-year strategic plan. We are actively learning how to deepen our commitment to being anti-racist as individuals, as artists, as educators, and as an organization.
