Grants Administrator – Department of Public Health and Environment

The Contracts and Grants team within DDPHE has an opening for a Grants Administrator. This position will develop, lead, and coordinate grant management for all of DDPHE. The focus areas for this position include establishing best practices for grant management, seeking and receiving new grant funds, establishing data and reporting strategy, becoming the subject matter expert on grant compliance and regulations, and other related duties as required.

Director- Public Art Program, Denver Arts and Venues

The Director will report to the Deputy Director overseeing the Cultural Affairs Division. The Director will be responsible for the operational management of core agency functional areas including the 1% for Public Art Program* projects, management and care of the City’s Public Art Collection, oversight of the Public Art Policy, funding programs for murals and temporary art in public spaces, and public art tours.

Parks Events Facilitator

This position will report to the City Park Pavilion located at 2001 Steele Street but will travel as needed to facilitate and oversee various parks events. Scheduled workdays and times will be dependent on scheduled parks events. Approximately: during the busy season, this position will work Thursday – Tuesday and during the slow season, this position will work Monday – Friday.

Accounting Supervisor

The accounting unit within the Child Support Services (CSS) division is not your traditional accounting operation and not for your typical Accountant. To be successful in this role, not only must you have a strong mathematical aptitude, but you will also recognize how your work directly impacts the families that we serve.   In addition, there is a strong focus on teamwork and building relationships with the other areas in Child Support Services.

Senior Accountant

As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for general ledger accounting including reconciling funds (expenditures and revenues), preparing adjusting journal entries, and preparing drawdowns for federal grants. In this role, you will also manage the budget in the agency’s financial system, including budget adjustments and ad hoc reports.
