Event Planner

CWA’s Events Planner is responsible for planning, budgeting, managing, and producing all the association’s meetings and events. The Event Planner delivers profitable meetings, special events, educational experiences, regional conferences, and an annual international conference and trade show.

Community Outreach Manager – Bilingual

The Community Outreach Manager will act as a key connector between The GrowHaus, partner organizations, and our community. The Manager will oversee and grow a team of Promotoras (community health workers) and ensure the successful implementation of programming. As a link between The GrowHaus and the neighborhood, this team member will be responsible for overseeing our team of Promotoras, who run a weekly no-cost grocery program, adult education classes, and home visits. In addition, the Community Outreach Manager and Promotoras solicit community feedback and encourage community involvement in The GrowHaus’ vision and programming.

Membership Development Manager

The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is seeking a Membership Development Manager to lead the FPA membership program by providing an indispensable experience to the association’s members and attracting new financial planning practitioners to join the FPA community.

The Membership Development Manager will drive positive outcomes, both quantitative and qualitative, in overall recruiting and retention for FPA, in addition to focusing on introducing new strategies and adjusting existing programs for key subsets of members, including new CFP® professionals, early stage financial planners, experienced planners, students, academics and non-planners who support the profession.

This hands-on strategic implementer will report to the Managing Director of Marketing and Membership, and will also work closely with core FPA teams, such as finance, strategic partnerships, member engagement, advocacy, education/learning, chapter engagement and the Journal of Financial Planning/publications editorial team, to seamlessly integrate membership into every facet of the association.

Director of Programs – Bilingual

The GrowHaus is a food equity nonprofit in Denver’s Elyria-­Swansea neighborhood with the mission of ensuring the neighborhoods of Globeville and Elyria-Swansea (GES) have lasting access to healthy food. The GrowHaus serves as a resident-driven hub for food access, food education, food production, and economic opportunity.

The Director of Programs will lead the vision and direction of the Education and Community Outreach departments as they engage the GES neighborhoods and similar communities in education and outreach programs The Director of Programs (DP) will set programmatic vision in line with our upcoming 2020-2022 strategic plan, and empower teams to implement effectively. The DP is also responsible for providing critical thought partnership to The GrowHaus’ Leadership Team as the organization works to strategically maximize our impact.

Director of Development

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Development serves on the Senior Leadership Team of UP and is responsible for the oversight and successful execution of all strategic and annual fundraising in support of UP’s $7.2 million annual budget, including campaigns (capital and other), marketing/communication, and volunteer and resource development activities.
