  • Writing exceptional short and long form copy for all types of projects
  • Conceiving concepts consistent with creative briefs and demands
  • Developing, defining, and articulating voice and tone guidelines
  • Complete work 100% on time
  • Proofing/editing 100% of all copy
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing team for ad copy while maintaining brand voice
  • Product marketing: Collaborate with Product Research and Development Team on names and succinct/sticky story telling
  • Responsible for communicating and messaging assets for use across departments
  • Must create copy that inspires internal partners and external customer and consumers
  • Collaborate on Press Releases and outward facing media copy


QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor Degree in English, Journalism, or Communication preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience
  • Agency copywriting experience highly preferred
  • Ultimate command of the English language.  Grammar master
  • Experience in writing and story boarding video content
  • Experience in storytelling and blog writing
  • Collaboration: Resolve and willingness to address an project/issue from different angles
  • Experience in writing and creating video content
  • Passion for projects with a steady confident affect
  • Tireless work ethic and pride in a job well done
  • Equal parts: confidence, humility, and a desire to learn
  • Problem solving mindset
  • An ability to take the complex and make it simple and memorable
  • Demonstrate an understanding of digital/social marketing principles and trends, and a passion for product and brand building
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • SEO optimization experience
  • Running/Outdoor experience a plus
  • Ability to travel approx.15%
