Position Requirements :

· Automotive sales experience is not required -minimum of 2 years’ experience in Inside/Outside Sales, Business Development or Entrepreneurship is a must.

· High sense of urgency with strong time management skills and proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

· Self-directed with an entrepreneurial spirit.

· Forward thinking attitude with ability to problem solve, be resourceful and solutions savvy

· Effective communication style that demonstrates ability to listen, and then clearly communicates win-win solutions with clients

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedures

· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office including Outlook

· Knowledge of Social Media and internet marketing tools Preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree (or some college coursework completed)

· Previous Sales Excellence/Awards preferred
