STATUS: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE / 40 Hours

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer   

Work Locations: ACYI’s home office at Adams 12 Five Star Schools (1500 E 128th Ave., Thornton), its satellite office at Community Reach Center (1870 W 122nd Ave, Westminster), as well as throughout the ACYI partnership, the Denver Metro area and occasionally outside of Colorado and within the U.S.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Steward the ACYI/StriveTogether Framework.

  • Create/Review/Revise/Reload/Analyze/Test/Publish data, data dashboards, visualizations, and results for outcomes, factors, operational data, and grants.

  • Identify and prepare data content that is accessible and easy to use.

  • Present, train and coach partners and staff members in understanding and utilizing data in real-time.

  • Conduct analyses, refine data collection protocols, develop reports, and support stakeholders in using findings.

  • Project manage and adhere to MOUs and data sharing agreements with relevant institutions, including the facilitation of data collection.

  • Develop and oversee an efficient data management system aligned to the organizational strategic plan.

  • Administration of Tableau server reporting services, including; report publication, report testing and validation, folder/workbook/data source management, and user/group/role/permissions management.

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with community partners including data and research professionals in support of the Partnership.  

  • Supervision and managerial duties when applicable.

  • Willing and able to represent ACYI at community and national functions.

  • Assist with events and fund development activities.

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 2-5 years of experience in data collection, management and analysis; knowledge of research and evaluation; communicating data to multiple audiences in a culturally competent manner, passion for and demonstrated commitment to working with racially diverse communities.  Excellent communication skills, highly resourceful and outcomes driven team-player, who demonstrates a high level of customer/client service and response; strong problem solving skills; adaptable to various competing demands, skilled at working in an ever-changing, fast paced, complex environment including mediation skills; passion for and commitment to working for racially diverse partnership.
 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Tableau Prep and knowledge of Adams County.
 

COMPENSATION:

ACYI offers competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience and skills. The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000.
