Job Summary

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for performing the administrative tasks and entry-level graphic design tasks to support a fast-paced marketing department.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Weekly data entry
  • Perform weekly data merge into predesigned templates
  • Research pricing and obtain quotes from vendors
  • Printing of marketing materials and facilitating their delivery to Markets
  • Customer interaction and issue resolution
  • Ensure the company’s brand standards are upheld
  • Managing marketing inventory of signs, banners, and supplies
  • Proofreading marketing communications.
  • Make updates to the Tony’s Market website
  • Creating and designing internal and external marketing materials under the direction of Sr. Graphic Designer
  • Assist with managing social media pages for Tony’s Meats & Market, including campaign analysis, responding to comments, sharing posts, researching hashtags, and managing social media giveaways and contests.
  • Assist with the execution of company events including attending weekend events and helping where necessary
  • Maintain communication and follow specific instructions and general guidance from the Marketing Manager
  • Assist in other duties as needed and directed

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design

Proficient computer skills including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

WordPress familiarity and experience preferred

Experience managing business social media profiles preferred

Retail industry experience preferred

Ability to comprehend simple instructions

Effectively communicate the English language verbally and in writing

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
Ability to multitask and demonstrate strong organizational skills
