Responsibilities

  • Supports programs through the following:
    • Communicating with, and providing excellent customer service to, Scrum Alliance members
    • Processing member applications
    • Refining standardized communication templates
    • Program and data reporting
    • Scheduling global online meetings
    • Assisting in documentation of processes and work flow
  • Contributes to the program team and the organization through the following:
    • Understanding the organizational vision, mission, and strategy
    • Providing team administrative support
    • Partnering with the team to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
    • Providing cross-functional and cross-departmental support and assistance

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, education or business field preferred
  • 2-3 consecutive years in a support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on data management in Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working with volunteer groups and subject matter experts.
  • Advanced project coordination skills, including competency with the technical tools necessary to support multiple programs.

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Non-profit and/or association experience
  • Experience with, or exposure to, continuing education, professional development, Learning & Development and instructional/curriculum design
  • Proficient with Apple hardware and software
  • Knowledge of Scrum or Agile is preferred
