• Assist Marketing Manager with the Season Pass Program, planning and execution of broadcast promotions, sponsorship events, concerts, festivals and more.
  • Assist Public Relations Manager with media relations, special-event planning, community relations and guest relations.
  • Help review and proof read news releases, web copy, social media content and more.
  • Maintain photo library.
  • Responsible for community donation requests and database.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and enthusiastic manner.
  • Help manage market research survey program and ensure that all sample data is accurate and that survey quota is met daily.
  • Must maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related area of study; or be in the process of earning a Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Creative, proactive and an enthusiastic team player with a positive and self-starter attitude!
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Available April – first weekend of November and must be available holidays and weekends.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and use those skills when dealing with Guests and Team Members. 
  • Must possess oral and written English skills, and must be able to communicate with Guests and other Team Members effectively.
  • May be required to work in various weather conditions.
  • Available to work overtime.
  • Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Attention to detail.
