Overview: The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for the management, growth, and maintenance of ICAST’s brand, brand activities, visibility, and campaigns, as well as for ICAST’s affiliate brands including Triple Bottom Line Foundation.


  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • MS Office Suite
  • Adobe Design Suite or comparable

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Marketing collateral creation
  • Campaign management
  • Website basic design, CMS, and maintenance
  • Manage all social media outlets
  • Generate proposals for speaking opportunities at relevant national conferences
  • Generate nomination proposals for relevant awards
  • Coordinate the publishing of written articles
  • Manage all marketing related accounts and profiles
  • Manage website updates
  • Execute marketing research
  • Generate and manage Google AdWords
  • Create and manage monthly newsletter
  • Support webinar Speaker Series event coordination and generate event material
  • Gather project marketing material (Photos and Videos)
  • Create case studies
  • Generate copy, articles, and content as needed
  • Track success of social media, campaigns, websites, and newsletters
