Catholic Charities of Central Colorado, Inc. is the social service arm of the Diocese of Colorado Springs. It was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) human service organization in 1968. It is currently one of over 1,600 Catholic Charities USA social service agencies in the United States.
Catholic Charities provides social services throughout a 10-county area with most of the services targeted to people living in Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, El Paso County and Douglas County. The agency is accredited by the Council on Accreditation and provides services to people of all races, backgrounds, and beliefs.

The Senior Vice President of Operations is a senior management position within Catholic Charities. This position facilitates the attainment of Catholic Charities’ mission and related strategic planning goals and organizational objectives. The position is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs in support of people in need. The position will lead two program vice presidents and five directors (with a program staff of 41 people) in multiple program areas throughout the 10-county service area of the Diocese of Colorado Springs, in addition to the Operations Support Administrator. Responsible for leadership, training, and development of paid and unpaid staff to fulfill strategic and operational goals and objectives. Promotes a climate of trust, continuous process improvement, excellence in service delivery, dynamic stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive risk prevention.
