Our company made its debut in 1996 as Paul’s Catering. It wasn’t until October of 2004 that the Catering by Design name was unveiled. By Design Collective is led by husband-and-wife team, Chef Cade Nagy and Ingrid Nagy who bring a combined 50 years of experience in the catering and events industry. They have grown a small catering division into an internationally-recognized force within the events world. Since 2007, we have received over 100 awards in the catering and décor industry including International Caterers Association Chef of the Year, International Caterers Association Caterer of the Year, and Colorado Meetings + Events Magazine - Lifetime Achievement Award to Cade Nagy. We have earned a reputation as one of the most creative event businesses in the world and as the newly-appointed President of the International Live Events Association, Ingrid Nagy, is able to share our knowledge and techniques around the world.

Catering and decor is not a finite businesses and it takes a flexible team of hardworking, problem-solving individuals who come together to produce high-end events. By Design Collective is a multifaceted company and needs employees who can wear many hats.
