Arapahoe Community College is seeking a full-time Training Specialist for Organizational Development to lead professional development efforts that foster a supportive and empowering environment for all employees. This position designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs that build awareness and empathy in working with those for whom community colleges were created to serve—historically marginalized populations, low-income individuals, and returning adult learners.
