With 270 member municipalities, CML represents more than 99 percent of the municipal population in the state and is widely recognized as the official voice of municipal government in Colorado. CML’s core functions are Advocacy, Information and Training. CML's Vision is "Empowered cities and towns, united for a strong Colorado."

This role shapes communications strategy, manages digital and media presence, and strengthens relationships with Colorado municipalities and partners. Ideal candidates bring strong writing, strategic thinking, and public affairs experience, with a passion for local government and collaboration.
