STRIDE partners with the community to provide excellent, culturally-sensitive health services to meet the needs of each individual.

Since its inception in 1989, STRIDE has provided excellent patient-centered care for all. Beginning with a single clinic and one physician in Aurora, Colorado, STRIDE has since undergone substantial growth, transforming into a comprehensive and integrated healthcare delivery system that operates 13 brick-and mortar clinics, including six school-based health centers and a versatile Mobile Health Team.

STRIDE is deeply committed to equity, ensuring fair treatment, access, opportunity, and advancement for all individuals. We actively work to identify and dismantle barriers that hinder full participation, particularly for marginalized groups. Our mission extends to eliminating structural barriers rooted in historical and systemic inequities, thereby addressing the unique needs of the individuals we serve.
