Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and Workforce Planning to architect and lead the next phase of our recruitment strategy as the company continues its rapid growth. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role will oversee Rowan’s recruiting team, systems, workforce planning, and talent acquisition infrastructure to ensure we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent.
Director, Energy Strategy
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an experienced energy professional to lead energy strategy for our growing portfolio of data center locations. As Director of Energy, you’ll lead Rowan’s energy strategy, work with leading utilities to negotiate agreements to meet Rowan’s capacity and reliability requirements and partner with customers to meet Rowan’s sustainability objectives.
