Concordia on the Lake, nestled near Johnson Lake, is an independent, active adult community for individuals 62 and older, located in Littleton, Colorado. Our beautiful campus consists of three three-story apartment buildings, 22 cottages, and an Event Center, with approximately 250+ residents calling it home. We offer a maintenance-free lifestyle with landscaping and snow removal, so residents can focus on socialization, enrichment, and active living in a warm, welcoming community filled with daily activities and meaningful connections.

Resident Services Specialist

The Resident Services Specialist supports a vibrant senior community by delivering excellent customer service, assisting with events, light maintenance, and resident requests. This role helps plan and implement activities, supports amenity coordination, and fosters a welcoming environment. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in hospitality or customer service.

Lead Housekeeper: Independent Senior Living Community

The Lead Housekeeper at Concordia on the Lake manages team schedules and coordinates with Maintenance, Resident Services, and Admin teams. This full-time role includes routine cleaning of common areas, vacant units, and resident apartments, plus laundry and other tasks. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Lead ensures cleanliness and guest satisfaction, which directly impacts service quality and resident experience.
