The Conflict Center
The Conflict Center is a leader in violence prevention in our community through education, skill building, and dialogue. We provide workshops and classes to youth, adults, and organizations that allow people to explore the roles that conflict and anger play in their daily lives and relationships while creating an environment for our participants that is conducive to personal growth, facilitating meaningful discussion, and providing participants with the agency to create necessary change in their lives and communities. We are seeking individuals who share our values of inclusiveness, relationship building, and peaceful conflict and anger management.

Communications & Development Director
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Communications & Development Director will oversee all facets of communications, development, and branding—leveraging innovative tools, including AI, to enhance storytelling, donor engagement, and grant writing. While this is a senior-level position, it does not include direct reports, but will work closely with interns, volunteers, and contract designers, as well as other staff as needed.
