Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as a key leader, accountable for the operational infrastructure of Family Star Montessori. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the COO is responsible for the strategic integration of administrative functions and programmatic operations. This leader ensures that the organization’s foundational systems are robust, scalable, and fully aligned with the dual requirements of authentic Montessori practices and Head Start standards of excellence.
