Director of Large Pro Operations
The Director of Large Pro Operations will lead a team of Senior Managers (and their workstreams) while also personally owning the highest-stakes strategic priorities for our largest pro partners. You'll set the strategic agenda for the function, build the frameworks your team uses to structure problems, and be the connective tissue between Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Analytics, and senior leadership.
