Rocky Mountain Arts Association is Colorado’s oldest and largest LGBTQ arts organization. With a mission of “building community through music”, its member choruses, the Denver Gay Men’s Chorus and the Denver Women’s Chorus, have been entertaining audiences throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area and Colorado Front Range communities for thirty-six years. Now recognized as one of Colorado’s premier performing arts organizations, RMAA produces five subscription concert series each year and participates in dozens of free community outreach events benefitting nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups and business organizations, along with educational programming in Denver area high schools to engage and empower LGBTQ, questioning and gender nonconforming youth and their allies

Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) serves as chief executive of Rocky Mountain Arts Association and, through frequent collaboration with the Board, is responsible for the overall success of the organization. The ED will foster a collaborative and respectful environment that facilitates high performance of all staff and volunteers. Through a collaborative relationship, the ED will establish a culture alongside the RMArts Artistic Directors that facilitates the success of programming.
