Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was founded in 1902 to preserve the highest ideals in the profession of medicine through a commitment to achievement, leadership, professionalism, teaching, service, and scholarship.

Members epitomize the characteristics of honesty, honorable leadership, morality, virtue, altruism, ethics, and dedication to serving others. They are passionate in their commitment to the advancement of the medical profession, and the care of patients.

This position reports to the Chief of Staff and is responsible for the day-to-say support of the office including general office support, check processing and bank deposits, meeting coordination, office technical support, and assisting the managing editor of the organization's quarterly medical humanities journal The Pharos.

Administrative & Program Support Coordinator

This role provides essential administrative support to staff and contributes to the productivity of our organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to fostering a collaborative, purpose-driven work environment. You’ll assist with travel and expense coordination, scheduling, office management, and program support. The role reports to the Operations Director and is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus once training is complete.
