Atlantis Community
The Atlantis Community Foundation (The Foundation) was separately incorporated in 1998 as a 501(c)3 non-profit. The Foundation currently owns 183 apartment units in 5 properties that house persons with disabilities and non-disabled tenants. The Foundation is actively expanding its capacity with a 60-unit apartment building under construction, and another 70+ unit community in the planning stages.

Executive Director
The Executive Director’s primary responsibilities include stewardship of the Foundation’s existing affordable housing properties and developing new communities in Denver. The ED works with the board to develop, occupy and manage new properties, with the goal of adding new properties as financial assistance allows. The ED networks with existing and new funding sources to secure the necessary capital to complete each new housing project.
