Ski & Snowboard Program Director
The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center seeks a collaborative Ski & Snowboard Program Director to lead adaptive winter operations across Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. This leadership role oversees 45 staff and instructors, 200+ volunteers, staff training, safety, and risk management while delivering high-quality adaptive ski and snowboard programs that expand opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
