CEI Constructors

For nearly 30 years, CEI has undertaken complicated projects, requiring innovative and creative thinking. CEI is a locally owned and operated company that started in 1986 as a small concrete paving company. Incorporated as Concrete Express, Inc. in 1988, it has developed into a full-service heavy highway civil contractor with a strong background of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Our services span from providing alternative construction delivery methods (i.e., Design-Build and CM/GC) and complicated preconstruction planning to constructing multiple signature roads and bridges throughout Colorado.
