The Development Associate is responsible for assisting the ED with daily operations and supporting the Development team with donor outreach and stewardship, calendar scheduling, and travel arrangements. This role will also manage the process of locating, applying, and reporting on grants while also being instrumental in allowing the Development Team to focus on direct donor interactions.
