Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO) executive leaders. The Executive Assistant maintains the executive’s calendar, correspondence, files and gathers information and documents related to meetings, conferences, domestic and international travel and other arrangements. In addition, the Executive Assistant interfaces with board members, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), other executive leaders, department heads and CHCO team members.
Administrative Service Coordinator
Performs complex calendar management support for multiple professionals. Provides operational, financial, and physician support. Arranges and schedules meetings, including conference calls and seminars, for internal team members. Arranges and schedules interviews and makes travel arrangements for providers.
Director, Talent Acquisition
The Director, Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of strategic plans, annual objectives, and performance metrics for the talent acquisition function. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of recruiting policies, programs, and processes.
Marketing Strategy Specialist
The Marketing Strategy Specialist leads client relationships and strategic marketing initiatives, partnering with marketing managers to develop quarterly reports and annual marketing plans while guiding teams to deliver impactful, insight-driven solutions.
