Prepares, reviews and approves construction plans for private and municipal projects and contracts, revisions, and payment documents as related to municipal projects. Directs the preparation of project cost estimates for competitive bidding purposes. Coordinates and manages engineering project activities; designs improvement projects; coordinates individual projects internally, with neighboring jurisdictions and CDOT. Reviews construction plans and other documents and conducts extensive on-site
