The Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership and hands‑on execution to advance the company's integrated marketing communications, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and marketing technology. This role leads a collaborative team and partners closely with business and sales leaders to define meaningful performance metrics, build effective marketing plans, drive demand generation and position the bank as a high-quality provider of financial services to rural industries.

Responsible for managing CoBank’s stakeholder engagement programs, including the bank’s signature customer-directed giving program, associate-directed giving, board-directed giving, and associate volunteerism. Manages these giving programs end-to-end, coordinating applications, internal review and approvals, and timely payment to community partners within the grants management system while supporting strong partner relationships and a consistent customer experience.
