The position stays up to date on the latest public health communications trends and best practices to inform these efforts. It directs contracts with vendors to support comprehensive communications campaigns to support the Tobacco Strategic Plan. It also provides technical assistance, support, and training to CDPHE staff and local grantees in the area of behavior change marketing, communications, and public relations.
