Community Relationship Manager (CRM) – Mountain Region

The person in this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to—• Increase CHFA’s visibility and presence in the Mountain Colorado region.• Identify local issues, needs, and opportunities, with the goal of increasing impacts and outcomes.• Expand CHFA’s network of local partners to assist in advancing affordable housing and economic developmentgoals.• Strengthen CHFA’s brand awareness in local communities and ensure CHFA is thought of as a respected partner.

Senior Attorney (specializing in complex multifamily/commercial closings)

The legal operations team is seeking a senior-level real estate attorney to conduct commercial and multi-family loan closings and help CHFA design and implement various affordable housing and economic development loan, grant, and subgrant programs.

Tax Credit Officer I – II, Community Development Housing

The incumbent in this position will evaluate Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and state Affordable Housing Tax Credit (AHTC) multifamily housing project proposals for eligibility and feasibility, present and recommend projects for approval, and provide technical assistance to Housing Credit applicants. This position reports to the Manager, Housing Tax Credit.
