financing the places where people live and work in colorado
Are you motivated by the idea of creating an impact in our state and making Colorado a better place to live and work?
CHFA works throughout Colorado to increase the availability of affordable, decent, and accessible housing for lower-income Coloradans; and strengthen the state’s economy by providing financial assistance to businesses.
Over the past 48 years, CHFA has invested more than $29 billion into Colorado’s economy. These resources have helped:
• 140,780 Colorado homebuyers achieve homeownership
• 181,909 households attend homebuyer education classes held statewide
• 76,544 affordable rental housing units be developed or preserved; and
• 7,812 businesses access capital to support 81,089 jobs.
We are a mission-based organization, enabling us to put our values into action by working to achieve our vision that everyone in Colorado will have the opportunity for housing stability and economic prosperity.
