            7,812 businesses access capital to support 81,089 jobs.

Multifamily Lending Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the community development multifamily lending originations and underwriting team including supervision of the loan production staff, supervision of the Proposition 123 selection and underwriting process, evaluation of proposed financing structures, collaborating cross-divisionally with Finance and Legal on project-related issues, budgeting, reporting, strategic and business planning, and program development.

Community Relationship Manager (CRM) – Mountain Region

The person in this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to—• Increase CHFA’s visibility and presence in the Mountain Colorado region.• Identify local issues, needs, and opportunities, with the goal of increasing impacts and outcomes.• Expand CHFA’s network of local partners to assist in advancing affordable housing and economic developmentgoals.• Strengthen CHFA’s brand awareness in local communities and ensure CHFA is thought of as a respected partner.
