The role will lead the functional and operational areas for the security and safety of our 27 and growing number of library locations. Critical success factors will be defined by ensuring there are appropriate resources available to resolve complex business issues; informing, creating and maintaining best practices for safety and security; and creating processes that ensure the accomplishment of performance standards.
