Chief Philanthropy Officer
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the CPO will serve as a key strategic partner and an integral member of the senior leadership team. This leader will oversee a development program generating approximately $9–11 million annually and lead a team of 14 professionals across major gifts, annual giving, institutional giving, corporate partnerships, events, and donor engagement.
Membership Manager
The Guest Experiences department has a full-time opening for a Membership Manager to manage the membership program by analyzing guest experience data, developing collaborative, data-driven strategies, and overseeing sales to drive growth and increase membership revenue and long-term audience loyalty.
