Our team in Nepal, the U.S, and the U.K. is comprised of talented individuals with decades of experience. We are driven to help bring real and sustainable change to our partner communities and, in doing this, we find ourselves changed.

Our team members live and work in seven diverse regions of Nepal, making them especially attuned to the personality and culture of the people. We also have a U.S.-based office, board of directors and advisory board to help guide our mission.
