Elevation CLT makes homeownership more accessible for Colorado families through the community land trust model, a proven tool for creating and preserving accessible, inclusive communities for generations. Elevation CLT is focused on acquiring or developing 700 permanently affordable homes and serving approximately 2,000 residents in its first five years—making it one of the largest CLTs in Colorado and the country.

Controller & Director of Accounting
The Controller & Director of Accounting is responsible for oversight and execution of financial accounting, internal control and compliance activities to support ECLT’s drive toward efficiency, scalability and rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Controller, preferably with a CPA designation and people management experience, with deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, audit management, and compliance for local, state and federal grants.
