This role ensures fundraising, donor engagement, and community partnerships are aligned with WellPower’s strategic priorities and long-term financial sustainability, strengthens donor relationships and retention, advances mission-aligned community engagement centered on lived experience, and delivers clear, data-informed outcomes through effective leadership, external representation, and compelling impact storytelling.

The Manager, Government Affairs, will manage WellPower’s government affairs function through legislative monitoring, policy analysis, advocacy planning and relationship management with city, state and federal stakeholders. Serve as a key liaison on government relations matters, advancing policy priorities that support organizational goals. Partner with internal leaders to assess policy implications, align messaging and inform executive decision-making.
