The Outward Bound Services Group (OBSG) is a member managed national marketing organization responsible for providing branded marketing and admissions services that drive enrollment on expedition courses at eight member schools throughout the United States. Services provided include:
- Sets strategy for the Outward Bound brand and for marketing national Open Enrollment (OE) programs
- Manages national website and other online assets such as social media, directories, paid advertising in support of Outward Bound and its national OE programs
- Manages national call center in support of national OE program enrollment
- Develops demand generation programs to drive enrollment for member schools
- Manages media strategies to build brand awareness, drive consideration and leads
- Generates enrollment through national group sales and partnerships
