The Proposal Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing RK Industries’ business development efforts by leading the coordination, development and delivery of high-quality proposals and prequalification packages across all RK businesses. As an integral member of the Marketing and Communications team, this position ensures that complex pursuit materials are accurate, compelling, strategically aligned and delivered on schedule — often within tight deadlines.
Director of Operations
Responsible for overall performance of the Operations Department of RK Electrical, Inc. Responsible for project management, construction management, and financial performance of all electrical construction operations. Provides leadership, oversight, and accountability to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
