Rose Andom Center

Based on a national model of best practice, the Rose Andom Center is the first Family Justice Center in Colorado. At the Rose Andom Center, community organizations and government agencies work together under one roof to provide for the needs of individuals and families affected by domestic violence. The staff of partner organizations and agencies provide a wide array of services, including domestic violence advocacy and counseling, crisis intervention, civil legal support, services for children, law enforcement services, assistance with public benefits, job readiness and job search assistance, and information regarding the criminal justice system. At the Rose Andom Center victims can also receive referrals to additional community organizations to help meet other needs.

Beyond providing the space itself at no cost to partner organizations and agencies, the Rose Andom Center supports the work of partners by screening clients, facilitating the connection to services, providing the technological and communication infrastructure, creating opportunities for cross training and collaboration, and developing process and outcome evaluation measures to help determine the impact of bringing service providers together. This support structure allows partner organizations to easily work together. Services are streamlined to increase the likelihood that individuals and families will find safety and stability in their lives.
