The ideal candidate is a relationship builder within the local nonprofit ecosystem, with strong organizational skills and a commitment to the sustainable impact of endowments. They can effectively steward and develop Rose Community Foundation's different constituencies: prospective and current nonprofit fundholders, as well as potential and existing legacy donors.
