For the past 12 years Shanta has successfully employed its unique, 6-year partnership model in sustainable community-led development, currently focused on under-served villages in Myanmar. The model’s long-term impacts have been proven in 23 Myanmar villages, providing more than 10,000 individuals with sustainable pathways out of poverty. Based on these results, Shanta is confident that its model has significant implications for the eradication of poverty in villages throughout the world.
