The Recruiter is a key member of Snooze’s Talent Management & Acquisition team and plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our Restaurant Support Center and restaurant operations. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management & Strategy, this role owns full-cycle recruiting for a variety of salaried and hourly positions, serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders throughout the organization.
