South Metro Housing Options

Since 1971, we have been dedicated to strengthening our community by offering a variety of housing options responsive to the needs of our residents and the broader community.

SMHO is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Littleton City Council. We own and manage over 500 affordable housing units across six communities, and also administer over 600 Housing Choice Vouchers. We aim to provide access to quality, affordable housing to help create a vibrant and productive community of choice.
