The Center for Work Education and Employment (CWEE)
CWEE’s program operates as an integrated education and employment program that includes comprehensive services to help individuals sustain employment long-term. CWEE’s instructors focus on retaining participants and advancing them from one phase to the next. A participants’ journey at CWEE begins with a referral to CWEE from Denver and Arapahoe County to attend CWEE’s on-going Career Readiness Program, Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm with the objective that after 3-6 months they will become employed.

Development Director
The Development Director is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of CWEE’s fundraising and communication initiatives. This role is responsible for setting and meeting development revenue goals, and mission-aligned communications that increase CWEE’s visibility in the community. This role is largely external and manages and grows CWEE’s portfolio of major donors while also serving as a first point of contact for external stakeholders.
