Triview Metropolitan District

Formed in 1985, Triview Metropolitan District in Monument, Colo., operates much like a town. We provide water, wastewater and stormwater services, along with maintenance of community assets such as roads, parks and open spaces. We are responsible for building, operating and maintaining the community’s public infrastructure and we generate revenues by levying fees and charges, collecting taxes and issuing bonds. Triview strives to maintain and enhance the value of our more than 2,184 homes and 78 commercial customers, and we also set standards and design criteria for the construction of public facilities and conduct our own inspections.
